Our neighbor used Countryside and recommended them to us for new roofing. Countryside is competitive in their pricing. We received a price quote within 2 days. The gentleman we dealt with was professional & friendly, They completed the job as scheduled and to our satisfaction. What more can you ask for!

I contacted this place for a free estimate. The gentleman who arrived seemed professional enough, measuring the windows and providing a rough estimate for a few roof repairs. He took down my email and fax and said that we could anticipate an estimate once he was able to obtain pricing information for the windows. One week goes by. I call the company to inquire and they recommend I call the salesperson/​estimate person. I do as they say and leave a voicemail message w/​my contact information. Another week goes by with no follow up.
After the 2 week mark, I call the company, explain to them what is going on, and they take my name and number and say they will follow up w/​the salesperson and get back to me. Another 4 days passes with no contact from the company, so I call them again. I explain to them that I had called earlier and was expecting follow up from them regarding the estimate. They yet again take my name and number and say they will call me back «in a few minutes.» Another day passes w/​no word from them. I post this review because this is a hopeless cause no longer worth pursuing.
Clearly, this company needs to get it together.
I can’t speak to the quality of this company’s work, but if their sales process is any indication of it, I’d steer clear unless you like to feel totally undervalued as a (potential) customer.
