Tino responded to our request within five minutes of leaving a message. He was smart, quick and we appreciated his flexibility to come and check out the project the next day. He showed up on time and quickly fixed our issue. We have added him to speed dial for future projects! Definitely recommend you give them a call. Honest and helpful folks are hard to come by these days and Tino is both.

I was in a hurry to get the job done and they where very accommodating. The part that pleased me the most was how clean they were — they didn’t leave a mess. Cleaned up and hauled everything away for us.

I highly recommend ACROSS TOWN GLASS & MIRROR! Had (yes, had) one window which the seal had broken. Was unable to get through, but TINO called back almost immediately. He came over to our has that afternoon. What a profession (and good guy) he is. He explained what he would need to do, and what the cost would be (more than reasonable.
He ordered my window and it was installed within the week. I didn’t even need to be home!
I can’t say enough about the whole process. I will always go back here and not even think of calling anyone else.

I can’t say enough good things about Across Town Glass & Mirror. Tino, the owner, is very professional, accommodating and resourceful. He picked up our custom frame from the frame shop, made the mirror with beautiful beveling, and installed it promptly and professionally using a laser level to make sure it was hung properly. What a find!
