Dunkin’ Donuts

The cashier was extremely rude, had a horrible attitude and rolled her eyes when I told her I wanted an iced coffee, at that time it was $.99. I ordered the Rocky road iced coffee, nothing was stirred. I had to take a straw, open the top and try to stir everything myself. You could clearly see the syrup on the side of the cup.
There were only 4 different types of doughnuts available and was stale.

I’ve been here twice and it’s near where I live. So I wish it was as easy as it should be to just order six bagels.
When I asked for a half dozen bagels and the employee just whipped around and started tossing random bagels in, I told her (nicely) that I’d like to choose which type and she gave me a really dirty look, like I just ruined her day by caring what I ate. She clearly didn’t want to help me out.
I got the same randomly cold service another time from a different employee, just ordering and paying for my hot chocolate. And I’m not a rude person; I’m actually a tragically chronic people pleaser, so trust me, these employees were not provoked.
Everything tastes the same there as any other Dunkin Donuts (the food is pretty good) but I just drive an extra 3 miles now when I want something.
