I was at the Rolling HIll Estates Loft this week for the very LAST time.
Terrible service with rude and insulting staff. Don’t shop here, it just is a bad experience. The staff and manager have an attitude. There were no customers but when I asked for another size the clerk told me she was busy. The manager said they were stocking shelves. Obviously, to them, that seemed more important than customer service.
On another occasion, I inquired about how to return a dress, I had the receipt for, that was purchased on line. They were insulting and told me they don’t take on line returns.
I will never go back. Likely the store will close, hopefully the staff and manager won’t go to another location.
The merchandise is fine but shopping shouldn’t be as unpleasant as these ladies make it.

Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA
This ATL is one of their smaller stores, but they pack a lot into it. It doesn’t get as much traffic as the one in MB or at Del Amo which means you’re more likely to find your size. They have a well stocked sale section.
