My four sons have been going to Dr. Flores since birth. He is a true gem. He takes my concerns seriously, follows up, is always available for questions, he doesn’t hesitate to refer out to a specialist if we have a problem out of his specialty. I am so glad we found him 12 years ago and Rolling Hills Estates IS blessed to have him as part of our community.

Dr Flores was recommended to us by our in laws. We took our newborn son for a checkup. This Dr is awesome! He is so friendly and listened to all my concerns and questions. He really cares about his patients. He has such a great attitude and is super friendly with everyone. We felt so comfortable we kept him as our Dr. I would totally recommend Dr Flores he rocks!

Dr. Jim is an incredible pediatrician! He is very knowledgeable and is on top of everything. As a first time parent, he has been patient with me and has never made me feel like I am bothering him when I have a question or concern. He responds to emails very quickly which is so helpful when you don’t know what to do. He truly does have the patients best interest! All of the doctors have been very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The front office staff are kind and accommodating as well. They will get you in the same day and help you the best they can.

We have been seeing Dr. Katrina Kaemmerer in Dr. Flores’ office since we moved to Torrance and she is very kind and helpful. She is great with my daughter who is not the best patient when she is sick or getting her immunizations.

Love the doctors. Some of the front office is very rude. There are two of us that are in the waiting room with wrong appointment times and they insist that the patients are wrong and there aren’t. No matter the instance. The do not have to be rude and reiterate that the are right.

My girls are getting older and we transitioned to Dr. Katrina Kaemmerer, who is within the office.
We had the last consultation of the day, and Dr. Katrina was well prepared to discuss the subject matter. Not only that, we stayed well after office hours, and I never felt any rush, even as the sun began to set. My wife and I greatly appreciate the staff and attention we get every visit. Anyone looking to address pediatric care should look into this office.
