Elkridge Estates Apartments

Besides from the beautiful landscape and the pool. the inside of the apartments are quite deceiving. The building is older but changes need to be made — especially to the rodent/​mice problem.
It’s like being back in my college campus apartment; mismatched appliances, a shared washer and dryer, paper thin walls, etc. If you have quiet neighbors than the noise won’t bother you but my neighbors were quite active. A little noise is tolerable — but to hear two men having sex is not. I even tried writing a letter (which is how you file a noise complaint) but obviously that didn’t go over great because I started to receive threats from my neighbors after I decided to say something.
They also do not perform background checks on their tenants. You know that priest that murdered that biker? She hit him on Roland Ave and left him for dead and later came back to the scene only after someone spotted her — well yea she lived there.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
