I wouldn’t want this kind of living with a long history I meant Lease. U think some one could’ve called security or do u have security. Because the person who attacked me living there in #77 this is your neighbor this is your home this is your front yard called common area. What the hell are you ALL playing that kind of rent with a long term relationship with your lease. U ALL must have a card for security guards phone number. Or maybe No one cares that lives there. I know some of u heard me. What’s happening there on the corner, is there just to many people there so close together that you all ignoring each other. U have all gone to far open your eyes dangerous criminal there all have a lease. There’s cop’s arresting some thing and going there every day. And u pay for this. I wonder if there could be a chance u all are??? the lease holders have a obligation to that Lease to. I DON’T know anything anymore. First time i have been hit by violet person I have never hit a person DON’T know how dont want to hit people’s. I will say this ITHURT it’s been 2 weeks and I still have bruises on my arms and nots on my head. I’m 62 years and have disabilities. Your neighbor knows this of me. Look at the people’s buy the bushes appear to be doing drug’s I dont know. I do know its not Like that every where or any where else Rohnert park or cotati. People need to clean your backyards, what is happening that no one wants cops there none of u. Well I wil stay away from that grave yard or more like living deaf. I moved in when Heather and Kyle were the managers. They were awesome and I loved everything about Willow Creek until Kris and Joe took over. These two were the worst… First of all, Joe was super awkward. I had known him for over a year but he still looked away when I(or anyone else for that manner) saw him around. It really makes you feel uncomfortable if your onsite manager acts like you are a total stranger on the property. Also, he often ignored the service requests. My toilet broke but it took him over a week to come in. I do not even know where to start about Kris. As someone else already mentioned, she was never in the office. She never returned phone calls and rarely responded to emails. Apparently, you will not get a timely service when you need it. She smoked everywhere. She let their kids run around in the parking area pretty much every single day.(Seriously, be careful or you will be helping their early retirement.) She did not allow new tenants to have pets but kept a few dogs of her own. The biggest warning I want to give out is about the security deposit. When you vacate, do not expect to get anything back from them. Before I moved out, I spent three days cleaning up the entire place. I was 100% confident the rooms were cleaner than when I first moved in. Besides, I had a walk-through inspection with Kris in person. She told me everything was clean and in a good condition and nothing besides the professional carpet cleaning fee would be deducted. Yet, when I got the refund, sure enough, there was a huge charge for«GENERALCLEANINGFEE». I called and emailed her for clarifications for over two weeks but of course no response at all. She knew people rarely go to small court over a few hundred dollars. So wrong but so Kris… Again, the place is great. It’s just the people who manage it.

Left two voicemails at the office, never received a call back. Stopped by the office during their posted business hours twice as well and no one was there. Can’t imagine what it’d be like as a tenant! Thumbs down.

I’ve lived here for five months now and I love it. Heather and Kyle were here when I first moved in like and they were awesome. They’ve moved out now, but the new management team very friendly and live on site as well. I found the price of apartments here to be super reasonable. My cat can stay too, which is fantastic. As far as I know dogs are not allowed, but some do live here so I could be wrong. Month to month and short term leases are also a plus with me. I’ve never had any problems with my neighbors, but it is a bummer about smoking on patios, I’ve been bothered by it as well. The pool and grounds are kept very clean. I’ve just been informed that pool toys ARE allowed now! There’s two trash dumpsters and one recycling dumpster onsite. 24 hour laundry, and you can install in your own apartment. Really decent sized storage closets and balconies. They yards are also pretty big for the price. Covered parking for tenants and guest parking available. I heard about the people checking for open cars when I first moved in but it hasn’t happened since. 10PM is the start of quiet hours, which I thought would be annoying but I haven’t had any problems with it. I would definitely recommend checking out the apartments here if you’re looking for a place.

We’ve been living here for a little over two years and as much as I HATE living in Rohnert Park, I have to say that this complex is actually very nice. Heather and Kyle are super cool and quick to respond to all problems, including complaints — I think it’s common for managers to avoid those kinds of issues, but they do a great job here. They almost never answer when you call, but they’re good about calling you back pretty soon. Really, nothing bad to say about them. I like them a lot. It is VERY quiet, which we love, but I can see that being a problem for college kids. No way you’d get away with a rager here. Some other points: Cats are allowed, you can rent a washer/dryer to put inside your apt, each apt gets one covered parking space, the balcony is an okay size with two storage closets, the bathroom counters are good sized, there is decent closet space, and there’s also an attic for storage in the loft units. The biggest reason I took a star off is that while people aren’t allowed to smoke in the units, they are allowed to smoke on patios — and do they ever. Ugh, it’s disgusting. There’s no air conditioning, but you can’t leave your slider open for an hour without one of your neighbors polluting your air.

Awesome place to live! Clean an well kept, the parking area is now well illuminated. The management is outstanding and second to none in taking care of the complex. The ability to have a washer/dryer in your unit is a plus, however the is also a coin laundry on the premises. Highly recommended!

I’m just loving living here! Maybe it’s because I’ve lived in some pretty crap-tasic places where nothing ever got fixed or updated, I’ve had some horrible experiences. But this place is great! The property is very well kept and pretty to look at(willow trees right out your window are quite enjoyable!) Heather and Kyle do such a great job responding to any issues. There are some GREAT features like having a washer/dryer hookup in your own unit(while also having the option to use the laundry room onsite.) The pool is a big plus and it is well kept. Despite what the previous review said they do allow dogs but it’s an extra deposit(to be expected.) We have a cat and she LOVES the spiral staircase(we do to), she’ll run up and down it when she’s hyper(these stairs are in the 2 bedrooms only.) I like quick access to stores and the freeway but NOT being in a busy, metropolitan area. There are great bike/walking paths that wind throughout the area that are easy to access from the property. It is a quiet property so if you know you are gonna be loud it might not be a good fit. This is however one of the reasons I like it!

Lived here for 6 months. The good: Heather and the rest of the staff live on-site and are quick to respond to any issues. They also genuinely care about the property and maintain and landscape it very well. My entire apartment was rennovated pre move-in. Within walking distance of Raley’s and the post office, as well as some other assorted places like Starbucks, CVS and McDonald’s. Target is close by. Close to 101. This will be important later. The Friday night Farmer’s Market is within walking distance. The pool is nice, although it’s in the shade from about 2pm on, so swim early. The price is right and you can do short-term leases. There’s a monthly drawing to win $ 50 off your rent if you pay before the 1st. 24-hour laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers. Washer hookups are also available in your apartment, and you can rent a stackable unit for around $ 30/mo. The bad: Some areas of the property are very dark, especially the visitor parking along the eastern edge. People like to walk around the parking lot late at night, looking for cars left open. I stupidly left a window down overnight and someone rifled through my glove box. My tire gauge and early-2000s map of New Jersey didn’t interest them. The owner has a lot of rules, mostly due to previous incidents. Dogs are no longer allowed unless they’re grandfathered in. You can’t move in with a shipping container. It’s a case of «this is why we can’t have nice things». Quiet hours start at 10pm. I was grilling with 3 friends and playing music in the yard at 8:30pm on a Saturday and someone actually called the landlord to complain. But the biggest downside to living here is that you’re in Rohnert Park. Remember how I said this place is close to 101? You’re going to want to hop on it a lot and go up to Santa Rosa or down to Petaluma, where there’s an actual downtown and things to do like bars and shops. Rohnert Park is apartments and office parks, and it stinks for any kind of night life. The only reason I’m moving out is because my girlfriend is moving in with me, and her dog can’t live here. It’s cheap, so if you’re an SSU student or you just need the opportunity to put some cash away, this is a good place to do it.
