This Taco BEll is amusing. Its nr the very questionable Good Night Inn so it gets some interesting clientele. On many many occasions I was pretty sure the staff were high but they’ve always messed up my order in my favor so I cant complain, theyre friendly & entertaining too

I know it’s just taco bell but I order the same thing I do at the taco bell on east cotati the Doritos taco shell was stale and nasty tasting … the crunch wrap was not only the size of my palm compared to the larger one I get at a different taco bell but it was also missing it’s chips inside of it … the worse experience for a quick bite while out… couldn’t even stomach most of the stale taco shell … I’ll stick to other taco bells even though I only go once in a great day while …

Blonde manager very rude and unprofessional as well as all of the stoned employees who mess up the orders and take 10 minutes to make a quesadilla and taco with 5 other people(already had food) in the restaurant. Messed order up in drive thru and then inside and refused to correct it.

Horrible drive through!!! Been to this Taco Bell numerous times. It used to be alright until the last year or two. I’m not sure if they have new night managers or what the deal is? So, the last three times I’ve been here the drive through has been horrendously slow. Three times ago, there were six cars in front of of me and it took me over 20 mins to get through it. The following time, there were four cars in front of me and it too 26 minutes(I timed it due to the previous time taking so long). I gave up on going there because of this issue considering if rather eat somewhere with good food if it’s going to take as long as a sit down restaurant. That was until tonight and I was starving and trying to eat something before a movie. As I was passing Taco Bell I saw only two cars in the drive through so I stupidly decided to give it another try. Let me just say what a horrible decision on my part. It took 24 minutes before I made it through the entire drive through. I observed the first car at the window for 11 minutes(excluding however long it was there before I jumped in line behind them), and they were only handed two drinks and a small bag of food. The next car sat at the window for eight minutes before receiving their one drink and tiny bag of food. I ordered one bean burrito and a regular cheese nachos with no drink. Took 5 minutes before receiving the food. The burrito was about the size of a snickers bar(a non king sized bar). Last time I set foot on this property!!!

This Taco Bell rules. First Taco Bell to actually grill my burrito and my potatoes were freshly fried. Wonderful window service by a lovely lady as well! Thanks!

This is the slowest drive thru ever. I’m a pretty patient person, but this place is unbelievably slow. I tell myself every time I have a craving for TB not to go to this location, but it’s closest to my house and when you have a craving you have a craving… thankfully those cravings are rare, but I’d still like my dose of the Bell every now and again. I suppose I wouldn’t mind the sluggishly slow service if I actually got the food I ordered and paid for. The last few times I’ve gone through the drive thru they completely messed up my order and left out several things. I have some fault for not checking the bag as thoroughly as I should, but after waiting in line for days you just want to get your bag of tacos and get the hell out of there. It seems like the staff is really unhappy, and I can only imagine what working in a fast food restaurant must be like, but there’s plenty of people out there that would do their job better and with less attitude. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell or any fast food place… after all, it’s fast food. All I ask is that if I have to wait in line forever that you as the employee at least double check the bag with the receipt to make sure you’ve got it all in there before you hand it to me. I don’t think that’s too much to handle but for this particular Taco Bell it seems to be.

All things considered I love taco bell but this place is beyond extremely slow. Especially if you ordering something at night time through the drive through. Even if you have two cars in front of you might as well figure 20 to 40 minutes. I have been to lots of locations in Sonoma County this and Farmers Lane in SR are the worst time wise. I guess if you are drinking and driving you might sober up by the time you get food.

Went through the drive through. It took about 10 minutes with 3 cars ahead, but unfortunately the girl who took our order sounded like she was really bored or dying. I know you work at Taco Bell but please perk up a bit.

I’ve seen the other reviews, so in the interest of full disclosure, I haven’t ever come here in a hurry to get lunch or dinner. I’ve used the drive through a few times for the occasional bean burrito without onions and so forth, and I’ve never had my order wrong or waited more than a few minutes for it. Most of the time, I will eat inside so I can relax, surf the net and get free drink refills. The place is usually clean and I don’t have to wait more than a few minutes for my order — at least that I’ve noticed. I come here casually on the weekends or evenings, so I am not in a hurry to get through lunch or anything. The employees are nice, they know what’s on the burrito or taco or whatever so that I can take off what I don’t want(onions, sour cream, etc.) and there is plenty of taco sauce, napkins and whatever else I need. The food here is good, I’ve never gotten anything that I don’t like. My only complaint is the Brain Freeze I get from the frozen drinks, and well, that’s my fault. :D

This place is crap. It takes them forever to make food. Avoid this place like the plague. Hopefully they loose business, fire everyone inside and gets taken over by new management, cuz this place sucks donkey b a l l s

Time and time and time again I get suckered into coming here for my Taco Bell cravings. Every single time save for maybe the slowest day of the week this Taco Bell takes at least 20 minutes if not 30 to get you your food. Taco Bell in general in Rohnert Park seems to throw proper labor out the window and expects their employees to sweep it under the rug. I’m surprised the employees don’t complain more unless it turns out it’s their fault. I would love see how many bad Unilocal reviews were written while people were waiting in this drive through line. I’d imagine Taco Bell loathes the advent of mobile phones. Two stars because I can’t help myself but keep going back and would feel silly otherwise.

This Taco Bell is decent during the day, but when the lobby closes and only the drive thru is open then this place goes to shit and everyone is bullshitting inside, the food is cold and poorly made, they don’t even grill your quesadilla! Take some pride in your job please, and give me a lot of hot sauce when I ask for it.

The bad reviews are right on. This is the SLOWEST fast food place I’ve ever been to. I get it: it’s near the Redwoods where life is lived at a slower pace, but this place takes that to a new level. To make matters worse, they gave us something we didn’t order and left out something that we did. An extra star because no one got sick.

Best Food Presentation | Fresh Ingredients $ I almost never write a review on the fast food places I go to, but this place deserves a positive review. I usually hit up fast food places when I’m on a road trip, and every time I’m coming home late from one, I hit up this place. A lot of locations will not provide fresh ingredients(tomatoes, lettuce, crunchy taco shells… etc), but this place does! Or at least every time I stop by I’ve had a good experience. My food always looks like the pictures, they neatly assemble your meals, and they don’t skimp on the ingredients. The taco shells and lettuce are crunchy and the tomatoes are fresh tasting. I mean, sure the ingredients may come from a can or frozen, but I’ve had meals from other locations where the lettuce is wilted and the taco shells are stale. Thanks, guys!

SLOWWWWWW every single time. Expect a 20 minute wait no matter how many people are there. I’ve been sitting inside for 20 minutes as of right now and there was no one in front of me.

I love Taco Bell. I do. My favorite order is the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Now, I live almost down the street from this Taco Bell, and I am disappointed to say that 1 star is a generous rating. How can a step by step process(making/serving fastfood) be so badly executed?! This Taco Bell is slow, completes orders inaccurately, prepared incorrectly(soft shells undercooked, food cold), and the customer service is hit and miss. It’s taco bell so I really dont have high standards eating there when i do, but honestly this Taco Bell can’t even meet the standards of a customer that has already lowered the bar.

MULTIPLE times I have sat in this drive thru line for more than 30 minutes just to receive mediocre food from an oblivious and unapologetic, stoned high school student. In terms of customer service and food quality(no shit, it’s fucking Taco Bell), this place is HORRENDOUS.

Stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes… LITERALLY. Passed by here on a Saturday morning around 9:30 am and ordered breakfast at the drive through. There was ONE car ahead of me,(seriously, it was one car). I placed by order at 9:30 and I was stuck in the drive through until 10:45 am and could not get out). I completely understand when a place is busy, but 1.) 45 minutes is ridiculous, 2.) I would have appreciated someone at the window to warn me of my wait, so I can make a decision on whether or not to continue my order. 3.) ask the vehicles to park in the parking lot when you are preparing food so that people can decide to leave the line. On a few separate occasions(before this incident obviously, since I will not be returning), they have been out of items like eggs, hash browns and coffee? How does a breakfast place run out of eggs? Also, hash browns are frozen and are cooked in under 2 minutes, how do you run out of inventory on what is basically a non-perishable item? Same goes with coffee, which is probably the simplest item to prepare. I actually wrote to corporate about the awful experience and made a few suggestions for improvement, who responded with a generic«thank you for your feedback» letter and a 2-free item coupon. What an insult… I really would have just appreciated an actual response instead of 2 coupons valuing my wasted hour at a maximum 6/dollars worth of taco bell.

Don’t like to give bad reviews, but this place is awful. Don’t get me wrong, I love TB just as much as the next guy, but over the years I’ve learned this as the bad Taco Bell. Corporate, if you are reading this, undercover boss this place and see what is going on. Almost every time I’ve ordered nachos without meat, it comes with meat. Items are frequently missing. Went at 8am for breakfast once, they’re out of eggs– at 8am(open). Last week, my brother and I walked in, and after waiting about 5 min for someone to take my order(along with a few other guests), a guy walks out and says«it’s gonna be at least 20 minutes for anything.» Someone please help this TB be great like all the others. It sucks!
