Tasty. The gyro is more like a shawerma to me, with the flat bread wrap and hummus. The not spicy still had a little kick. This will be my goto place when I’m in the area. I think I’m going to try a pizza next time I know I’ll be around for lunch. the vegetarian one with sausage may be the way to go. If you know what time you want to eat pizza call ahead and give them plenty of time to heat the oven and put it together so you aren’t impacted by the lunch rush.

I’m on my way there now, and couldn’t be happier! Everything they make they make with extreme care. The only negative about the place is how close it is to the casino. So it may be a 200 $ gyro, if you get what I’m saying. And get the damn baklava at the register!

Outstanding food, service and value. I left here fat, dumb and happy. Chicken wrap stands out as spectacular!!! But also snack on the tiropita and spanicopita. Don’t leave without some baklava. As a bonus see how many characters from the movie «office space» you can spot

Very good! Big fan of the beef and chicken specialty wraps. Excellent baklava. Hummus is ok, falafel great, dolma’s were ok, spanakopita flaky and tasty but probably only if you like spinach. Also, Sam the owner was more than accommodating, very kind, and cool!

Today I went to SAMs for the first time, and have never felt more welcome in a restaurant. The owner is incredible and shares my Lebanese background, to which makes his food very authentic and delicious to no end. Would recommend this place to anyone, anytime. Perfect five stars for this place and Sam himself

The owner is friendly and the food is excellent. I had the big gyro wrap which I couldn’t even finish because it was so big. The dolma, falafel, and spanakopita were also delicious. My buddy got a reuben sandwich that was stacked high with pastrami. I highly recommend this place.

Sam is the best! I used to work upstairs and discovering his Mediterranean deli was the greatest part of my whole experience. He is funny and friendly and candid, you can feel his sincerity and love through his customer service and the food he prepares for you. Once a week he barbecues and it’s very tasty. His baklavah is delicious. Everything about this deli is wonderful– it reminds me of my Mediterranean ancestors. :) I definitely recommend checking out this hole in the wall.

Very good food. Owner Sam is full of tasty specials and reg menu items. Breakfast sandwich is really good and filling. Soups and toasted items also very good. Its everything the fast food sandwich shops are trying to be and just don’t measure up to Sam’s, his food is tasty.
Small with good local following. Its behind the RP industrial park area. Go down by the press democrat road.

Just passing through town and so glad I found this place on Unilocal.The staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful if you’re not sure what to order. It’s delicious affordable Mediterranean food. Be sure to add sauce and hummus bc the wraps can get dry. My BBQ chicken wrap panini style was perfect and HUGE. Wasn’t expecting that based on pictures. Only ate half and saved the other half for my next meal

As I was working in Rohnert Park today which is not often I couldn’t wait to go to Sam’s for lunch today. The moment I walked in the door Sam remembered me and greeted me with a big smile. The service is friendly and warm.
I ordered the falafel sandwich special which was so delicious. It was huge so I didn’t expect to finish it yet I could not stop once I started! The falafel was moist and the lavosh bread was perfect– do not forget to pick up some dolmas & baklava when you are at Sam’s– they are both out of this world!

Gyro wrap medium spicy and a Greek salad were more than we could finish. Great service and the custom salads look amazing (see photos). Out of BBQ chicken at 2:30 on Friday (they aren’t open Sat). They are off the beaten path but worth it. Next time we will try to go earlier for one of the grilled specials at lunch time.

Sitting here waiting for my wrap. Noticed they were out of a lot of items… Sourdough rolls, Reuben, etc. didn’t affect my order (falafel wrap) but was odd that it wasn’t told to the customers that those items weren’t available when they first put in their orders. The service is a bit slow, seems like there are some new people there that were still trying to get up to speed?
Hope the falafel is good! Will post a comment after I eat.

I loved the chicken, the hummus, spanikopita, and baklava.
I only wished he had some tabouli, which is one of the reasons I came in.
I’ll definitely be back for his tabouli and chicken.
So generous, with his portions, too!
