I’ve done business with HA for many years now and have never been disappointed. Great company, great people.

I have done business with this company off and on for a dozen years. I lived near them years ago and Steve invited me out to show me their operation. Later, i lived in Arizona and they produced private label products for our yoga studio. They have always been accommodating. The products are quality and at a good price.

I must add that it really is bad business practice not to have the shipping cost indicated before purchase. We are on limited budgets. Also, each package should have the ingredients indicated on the package. Does the 100% pure organic extract powder (which I recommend) have additives? When I scroll over the name it indicates additives.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are unethical and have bad business practices! I ordered some products from them and in the shipping column I indicated «cheapest rate possible.» There were no other details attached to that option. In the notes column I asked if it was possible to receive the product within 4 days. I received an email the next day saying that my package was already sent and for $ 75.97 UPS 2 day shipping. My products ordered only totaled $ 24.05. I immediately replied to the email, stating that I did not want the product to be shipped at that rate, because it was exorbitant. They replied that it was too late, because the package had already been shipped. This company thinks its okay to go ahead and ship at the rate that they deem fit, even if they do not get your approval. I called the owner and confronted him about it, and his only response was, «whatever.» Do not be fooled by this business like I was and order your health products from a more legitimate, up– front business that will give you an option before charging you exorbitant shipping fees!
