One warning! Be careful when canceling your membership here. Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writting and ensure that you keep your documentation for atleast 5 years! I signed up for this gym back when I was working in Rodgers in 2008. It was an okay experience. When I left the area back in 2009, I went in and let the people know at the front desk that I wanted to cancel my membership. They asked me send a letter to an address, which I promptly did. Also, in the mean time, my credit card I used had become expired. Later in 2010, I come to find out that the paperwork had not been processed correctly, and I had collection agencies calling me saying that i owed over 300.00. Again, I spend two weeks dealing with the collection agency as well as the gym to get this matter resolved. I received notification that it was cleared, up. But, I guess it was my bad. So now in Dec of 2012, I was looking to refinance, I come to find out that there is still an outstanding balance from a collection agency on my credit report!!! So 4 years later, after not even being in the state of Arkansas, I jsut got fed up and paid the balance which grew now to 600.00… Thus, regardless of how well the gym is, I would not recommend this place AT ALL for its, due to its lack of record keeping and ability to ruin your credit rating. In the end, it is simply just not worth it. I still know a number of people who are members at this gym and will mention such to them as well. Don’t want people to have to deal with this. Would recommend going to Powerhouse Gym instead.
BTW, the monthly balance was 20.00 so in the end I paid the equivalent of 30 months of membership after I had cancelled to a gym in a state that is over 2500 miles from where I live. Unreal!
