Great smoothies. Their food is hit or miss. But I love their limited time only Chia Roasted Banana Smoothie. Thankful they have a drive thru!

I’ve driven past this place several times and never have stopped. It’s a bit out of the way from any other quick eateries really for a place I’d consider for lunch. I always thought it was just smoothies but found out they have a variety of sandwiches and salads too. I had somewhat a run of the mill turkey sandwich and it was good. I didn’t opt for a smoothie but will plan on running through the drive thru sometime in the near future.

This place is great. I feel like NWA is lacking in good smoothie/juice places. This place doesn’t have juices, but it does have great smoothies. Well, I can at least vouch for one of the smoothies, since I have only been here once, but I plan on visiting more.
I just did the drive thru, which is really convenient and fast. I ordered the Island Green (Spinach, Kale, Mango, Pineapple & Banana) and it was yummy. However, it is high in sugar and carbs, so just be aware when you order these items because they aren’t always health food, but they are obviously better than most fast food out there. It was low in calories though, but most of the smoothies aren’t.
Anyways, I will definitely be coming back!

I have been a loyal customer to tropical smoothie for a few years. I have no problem with their smoothies or their food, their terrible customer service is what will keep me from the establishment. The employees are inpatient and rude, they are always too busy flirting with one another behind the counter.

I used to love this place but I stopped going by because the quality of their food just hasn’t been good for months. The employees always seem new and untrained as well.
Thought I’d give them another try and today tried a new ginger miso chicken bowl and paradise smoothie. As usual the smoothie tasted good. The chicken was horrible. Big pieces of fat and gristle mixed in the salad about made me throw up my lunch. Their food quality has officially dropped to «disgusting» for me and I won’t be back.
