Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Actually I truly believe it is nonexistent. I’ve tried them two different times (a year apart). The first time I let myself give them slack. They had not been open very long and it was around Christmas time. The second time, (again a year later) still no improvement. :(So disappointing.

Went in for a new iPhone 5s battery today. Price was good and service was exceptional. These guys go above and beyond to make sure you only pay for what you need and to make sure you leave satisfied.

Absolutely first class team. They replaced my iPhone 6 screen and I went with black vs white because that’s all they had in stock at the time. I immediately realized I hated it and wanted white — they said no problem and called when white was in stock and replaced for free.
About a month later something odd was going on with camera, brought it back thinking they likely wouldn’t help. And they were once again sooo nice and helpful.
Absolutely amazing. A++ customer service.

I took in a cracked iPhone 5 that my son wanted to buy for his birthday, and Marshal took me at 6:55 (5 mins before closing) and fixed it even though it made him stay after hours. It MADE his birthday to have it on his birthday morning in spite of his mother’s procrastination!
I also left an iPhone 6 with a cracked screen and LCD, which I didn’t know could be fixed, and he fixed it in less than 24 hours. We also bought a tempered glass screen protector too. Very fair prices and good discounts on extra products!!!
Then I left another iPhone 5 of my daughter’s that has a bent frame for them to repair.
I’m so grateful for great, polite, and professional service. Thanks Marshal and The Phone Guys!!!

This place is a clown show — damaged phone while replacing screen on iPhone6 — everybody’s fault but their own — waiting on Apple, blah, blah, blah. — customer service is non existent!

great customer service my wife dropped her I phone on the drive way cracking the screen, she took it in to the phone guys and they had it fixed within 1 hour.
