I placed an order online then called to make some changes to the info & the person who answered the phone said she couldn’t find my order. I told her I just placed it a few mins ago, long story short, ended up having to place the order through the phone. After hanging up she called me back & said she found the order I placed online. She was helpful but wish I didn’t have to deal with that.
I sent the flower arrangement to a friend that was in the hospital. I went to visit her & saw the flower arrangement that I have sent and I was very disappointed on how small it was. I specifically chose the premium size thinking it was going to be a nice decent size but I was wrong. I understand that some flowers hasn’t bloomed yet but even if that was the case, the arrangement was about ¼ of the size of the other arrangements that she received. Will definitely go with a differ florist next time.

There’s nothing like a car accident to remind us how important family is. Shirley’s flowers is a great way to show family how much they are loved.
