My mom and I had such a great experience at She Said Yes! Myka was so helpful. She was patient and sweet through an appointment that could have been very stressful. No need to go anywhere else. Unlike other dress stores, they are one on one with you and you only. They have a large variety of wedding dresses and formal wear. You just go online and make an appointment and the rest is taken care of when you get there! I can’t wait to continue to work with Myka and all the other gals there!

Had my wedding gown steamed here… took it out of trash bag they put it in and there were black spots on my gown. The marks were blamed on my mother for «not noticing» when they showed it to her before putting it in bag. I would give zero stars if you could. NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR DRESS. White dress=black spots.

I was told they were under new ownership. This does NOT excuse a bridal shop to not have my wedding dress the night before the wedding. Good thing I called and checked, otherwise I would not have a dress at all. After all the confusion, I finally got my wedding dress at 8pm Friday evening; they should be thankful they have an amazing alteration lady (Mary) who tried to fix the mistake they had made. No bride should stress about their wedding dress the night before!!! EVER!

I purchased my bridal gown, bridesmaid gowns, and rented tuxes for my groomsmen at She Said Yes and the experience was really great! One of the staff members even gave me her personal cell phone number for the day of my wedding in case my mom needed guidance for the lace up back on my gown!
