What lovely women work here! They are so helpful and knowledgeable of the products. They don’t judge you because you’re not a contour pro or you can’t do your make up like that girl on the YouTube video. They help you and show you what you need or what you might not know you need. I love this store, the associates aren’t stuck up and they don’t judge you.

I scheduled an appointment for my fiancée to have her makeup done for our wedding. First we did a trial run and my fiancée was quite pleased with the results. We worked with Hannah. She was very professional and patient. She worked on any issues my fiancée had with the makeup style, no matter how small, until everything was just right.
My only minor complaint is that one of the employees interrupted our session with Hannah to try and sweet talk her way out of store closing duties. Clearly this employee is very young and inexperienced. When we first arrived at the store this same employee was trying to push some really expensive eye cream on my fiancée. It was twice the price of the Clinique eye cream that my fiancée wanted to buy. I understand this girl was just doing her job, but I wish she was as professional as the rest of the Sephora staff.
Overall it was a good experience and Hannah is great!
