My wife and my sister in law went to order and pick up part for my boat. They were rude and basically made fun of them will never step foot back in this place. What a joke of a dealership

We have received poor customer service more than one time from the service department. Don’t expect a call when your boat is ready, they expect you to call them. Very lackadaisical attitude. They failed to do everything promised when we had it winterized, which cost me more money in the springtime. They did not own up to it and I wound up paying more. This is not sour grapes, I have never written a bad review before. I just want them to improve and in the meantime warn others!
