I dropped my dog off fri at 5 and was told I could pick her up sun at 6 or Mon at 10. The rate was 28 per night. What wasn’t made very clear is if I chose the sun night it was basically the same price as Mon morn which I found ridiculous. The charge was 28 + 28 +20 for day care sun. I guess the extra was a sleeping fee? This place also came recommended by my vet as being caring and compassionate which I saw none of. I found them to be very cold. My dog came out being more scared than when she went in. Also she is only 35 pounds and at home she plays with 2 larger dogs quite happily and has her own kennel if she needs down time. Consequently she does get a few scrapes and scratches which they condescendingly pointed out, however she came out with a fresh bleeding scratch on her neck they said was from 2 days ago instead of taking the blame. I did not appreciate it. I requested an itemized bill sun night to understand why the bill was so high and was refused. Finally I was able to get one via email. I did leave a review on face book and was told her being timid and more timid coming out was my fault because she doesn’t like her home and playmates. She is a sweet happy outgoing dog here and based on her reaction and what I feel to be bad billing practices we have found a different place to board our girl
