Staff was not rude, not polite but not rude. We have been waiting for an hour, still waiting, 25 of that in the exam room, and so far our baby was weighed and measured. That took the nurse all of 3 minutes. For a place that caters to children you would think they would put more effort into reducing wait times.
Edit: Two visits later the service has improved a lot. Quick in and the staff has been very knowledgable and friendly. Dr Andrew Larsen and NP Keri Conway were both great. We will be coming back despite our first negative impression.
