After having as assessment for spider vein injection, I made an appointment to have it done.. I was told during the assessment that I was a great candidate and that I would see results. I opted for just one vial, being on a budget, $ 100, but during the procedure, the nurse asked me if I wanted to do any more and I agreed to have three vials injected in both legs, front and back. I wore my support hose as directed, even a little longer, so excited to have the results. I had not one vein disappear. My husband couldn’t believe the lack of results after such a promising assessment. I waited a long time, still hoping something would happen and that possibly it would take time. Nothing. I made an appointment with another physician specializing in spider vein removal. He took one look at my legs and without hesitation said, «these veins will only respond to light.» Laser. I contacted Ozark Regional Vein Center to ask for a refund. They offered to do more injections or even try laser, unavailable at the time of my appointment. I no longer have any confidence at all in the center, so obviously, declined. They refused to refund even a portion of my investment.

I had no idea who to go to in order to have varicose veins removed from both my legs. I’m so glad my dermatologist recommended this clinic and Dr. Haney. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and professional. The business office took care of all the insurance matters and told me up front what I should expect to pay. I had several office visits over a two week period and I never had to wait longer than five minutes to get into a room, and they attended to me right away each time. The clinic is very clean and I never doubted during any of the procedures that all measures were taken to ensure sanitary conditions. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and informative and educated me every step of the way as to what my options were, what they were doing, and what to expect. They were also very easy to get on the phone when I had questions following my procedures. I am very pleased with my results. My varicose veins are gone and my legs look great! I will definitely go back to Dr. Haney if I have any needs for this type of service in the future.
