I went in there and within 5 minutes I had a customer service guy helping me bring stuff to my car. I came in with a snapshot of a tool I needed online, and the minute I walked in I was greeted and brought directly to what I needed. It wasn’t on sale in the store, but they honored the online price. I was truly impressed by the no-​bullshit, let me get you what you need attitude.
