the customer service sucks!!! The staff fails to give out receipt for my entire expense and when I call to ask for it, I was put on hold forever. When I call back, I was hang up every time!!!

This hotel is really nice, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and cozy. One downside is that their gym is in a separate small building, outside next to the pool, so it’s a little uncomfortable to get to if it’s the middle of winter and you’re in your gym shorts. The other thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that for their managers reception on Monday, they ordered the worst pizza in town, Eureka Pizza, (see review:
). Also, in the lobby they had a flier for the worst Indian place in town, Curry Point Indian Cuisine, (see review:
). Let’s get some good food in this place and it will definitely get some extra stars from me! Overall though, it’s a nice place.

Very awesome hotel. It’s like a little studio apartment. It has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a miniature stove. The only criticism is the Internet which is slow.
