No customer service skills whatsoever, you walk in and they treat you like they’re doing you a favor by taking your clothes. They didn’t fix my pants right. I took them to Stiches and More in Bella Vista and it was worth the drive! Lethal Lure is full of weird folks!

Love this place! I brought them a coat that was way to big-​my kids thought I looked like the stay puff marshmallow man. A cleaners recommended Lethal Lure for my alterations. What a find! I could not believe how they fixed my coat. It actually fits great! And the seamstress made some suggestions to improve it and it did. Wow. I am so happy! And I got it on this cold day. Perfect!
Oh and the price was quite reasonable given they had to redo most of the coat. I would DEFINITELY go here for major alterations.

Just had about 10 different articles of clothing hemmed at this place. They did an excellent job with the jeans, slacks, sandal, and dress that I brought in. Had not used them before, but had heard they were the best in town through word of mouth.
You can certainly tell they are busy when you walk in. Lots of clothing ready to be altered/​picked up. They gave me a window of time to work on my clothing and delivered early. After I got home, I tried everything on and it fit perfectly! Only caveat was an oversight on one pair of slacks. I went back and showed them the missing stitching and they corrected it in minutes leaving me a happy customer who will definitely come back again.

Lethal Lure alters clothing. It is at a stand alone location and looks more like a house than a commercial building. Based on the logo, you would think that you were going into a tattoo parlor. The service is a little awkward. When I walked in, there was a lot of people talking to each other, and I didn’t feel like they were focusing on their customers.
I found this place through word of mouth. I needed a good place to hem my jeans, and this place was highly recommended. I got 2 pairs of jeans and they came out unnoticeable hemmed at the right length and at a reasonable price. All things considered, the people were nice and knowledgeable, and they accomplished what I wanted done. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to others.
