This place was nice; there was only one person at the bar doing everything for the drinking of coffee crowd so it was slow(he was fast the line was too long for one person) the coffee was good(I had an au lait) and we shared a fresh blueberry muffin. Good bathroom too to use.

Nice guys, good sandwich, coffee is lackluster… No body, no brightness, no standout qualities. Just a lackluster cup of coffee. But nice people and good sandwich. I recommend the Numan II.

A great place to hang out(downstairs) or do work(upstairs). Lots of variety of teas and their food menu is delicious. I was able to have a good meal or a snack and work in peace when needed.

Dropped by for my first visit on a Sunday morning prior to worship Services nearby. The reviews on Unilocal were outstanding and I was looking forward to trying some coffee. When I drove up a customer and employee were standing just outside the door smoking, after walking through the cloud of smoke, I entered. Not a good first impression. But, hey nothing is perfect. The employee hurried in and took my order. She looked unenthusiastic and I love to make people smile. «How are you today?» I asked with a big smile. «Very tired from last night» she said unenthusiastically. She apparently just got a big new tattoo and it was hurting her arm. I ordered a Latte and she brought it. No one spoke another word to me for the remaining 30 minutes I was there. My coffee was good, not great, but good. Not the best first impression, but I love the location. I will give it another try next week. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

Love this place. It’s my go to coffee shop if I have a choice in where I go with family and friends. It’s a cozy, unique environment(the total opposite atmosphere to Starbucks) and they serve food all day too. Best Irish cream lattes in the area. The staff can go either way, super friendly and helpful or kind of standoffish, just depends. That’s why it get 4⁄5 stars. On the whole, highly recommend it!

Very cute place. Reminds me of something I would see back in Austin. Has a little bit of a hipster vibe but isn’t pretentious, and you see young and old alike enjoying the tasty coffee and treats. I really enjoyed the coffee cake(the employee told us that the owner makes it at home) and the sandwiches – everything tastes fresh and is delicious. The plain coffee is great too. If you like the sludge that Starbucks pumps out then you will be disappointed by this place.

Great drinks, really great sandwiches and even better soups. The décor is eclectic and suits the feeling at the Iron Horse. Typically I get great service from the owner and his staff. There is a really nice and kinda private upstairs seating area, if you want to have your drink in a quite setting. Perfect for reading and/or studying. The real treat you can find only there,(thanks Kevin for sharing, now they are always gonna be out.) are the mint chocolate covered malted milk balls. I mean it. Iron Horse has pretty much been a staple of downtown Rogers and is currently helping liberate us, byleading the way in the continued growth of down town(we now have 2 yoga studios) Hope this helps, stop by and see for yourself. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Great coffee, great atmosphere, friendly people. Cool location in Rogers. Don’t know what else you’d want from a coffee shop.

Great place! Super eclectic, relaxed, and the atmosphere is really chill. Great bagels, one of the best I’ve ever had honestly.

First of all, I have 4 kids and a double stroller. And seeing as there are steps down into the coffee house itself, I had to unload my kids and leave the stroller outside. First strike against them. Secondly, the barista who took my order barely spoke to me, let alone looked me in the eyes. Very blasé about her job apparently. After I placed my order, no «I’ll be right back» or «let me get this started for you.» She just turned and left. As for the drink order itself, I ordered an iced Americano with room for cream. Pretty straight forward, right? Wrong. I got what resembled brown water. There was maybe one shot in it and they left about 2 inches for cream. Seriously? I was a barista for 3 years and the lack of customer service and ability to make a simple drink astounded me. I will not be returning or recommending them to anyone!

This is the best coffee house in NW Arkansas. Try the numan sandwich.

Thought we’d try this little coffee place over in the old town in Rogers. Unfortunately, our latte was lukewarm. That pretty much says it all.

Coming from a larger city I was pleasantly greeted by a local coffee shop! The ambiance was aesthetically pleasing and different. Coffee was decent as well.

The décor brings me back to the Cold War. The red five point star is a classic symbol of communism. It was one of the emblems, symbols, and signals representing the Soviet Union under the rule of the Communist Party. Wreaths of wheat or other crops are present on the crests of almost every historical communist state. The coffee shop’s logo is eerily similar to the flag of Croatia when it was part of Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia(aka communist Yugoslavia). All of which has nothing to do with coffee, and all of which I do not want to think about when I go to get a cup of coffee.

Strange, poser, creepy feel of communism and«he pretends to be» Mason according to an employee. Coffee is good, cookies great, but with the owner’s graphics design background, why the hell would you go communist feel in downtown Rogers, Arkansas?! Otherwise beautiful interior, nice seating etc. See how many reviews of real coffee shops in Seattle I’ve written? Almost EVERY non-franchise/chain one. Never walked into one that instantly felt«anti».

We come to this place when we visit my dad in Rogers. I can’t believe such an incredible coffee shop is here. The family also owns the bar around the corner(club frisco) and the pizza place next door(the rail). They alone make Rogers a place that someone would want to hang. Not only is the décor awesome(they’re clearly friends with an amazing graphic designer), the coffee is excellent and the food is dependably good. The Numan II is a great sandwich. Get a little crazy and ask for jalapenos on it. They get bonus points for being from New Orleans(smile, the saints won the superbowl). I would list this as one of my top five favorite coffee shops in the nation, and I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops.

Everyone has something in their life which has gotten away. For some people it’s a beautiful girl or mysterious guy, for others it’s a fish that was too big for the line, and for me, it’s Iron Horse’s Numan II. This sandwich has(and forgive me if I mess this up, like all of these kinds of memories, things are bathed in a confusing, fuzzy, golden light) turkey, bacon, a perfect sauce, and coleslaw that singlehandedly made me believe in coleslaw as a food rather than an amorphous blob. I dream of this sandwich. I tell everyone I know they have to come to Iron Horse and try this sandwich. I make pilgrimages to Rogers to eat this sandwich. So, yes, I would recommend Iron Horse. It’s a cool place, they make a mean latte, and the people who work there are always both hip and nice(an all too rare combo). But the real reason you should go? The Numan II. You won’t regret it.

Met a friend here for coffee and to catch-up after being away for a few years. The Iron Horse is the ideal place to do just such a thing — it’s cozy, quaint, features good coffee, and the music/crowd/vibe is just about perfect. We each ordered a cup of coffee and a slice of the pumpkin bread. The bread wasn’t anything too special, but it hit the spot. The in-house coffee deal isn’t the greatest: you get one free refill, after which additional fills will run you $ 1.25. I’ve had their sandwiches in the past and have no complaints — they were fresh and well-made; reasonably priced, and they also deliver to Club Frisco, which is located next door.
