I’m here visiting from California. Decided to come here with my dad and I was not impressed. The atmosphere smelled dust. The meat items were was over salted. Temperatures of food were surely under danger zones. Rice was dry and crusty. Sushi was rubbery. I am not too picky of a person when it comes down to it but I would never eat here again.

A buffet style Chinese restaurant with a variety of different entrées. With that being said the place as a whole is dirty, my silverware was smudged and dirty and the place in general looked dirty. The food was sub par but the one redeeming quality this place had which is why I gave it two stars instead of one is that they have a grill where somebody prepares your choice of meat and food in front of you.

Today at 4 pm I went there, let me tell you the food was horrible, I tried a few different things, most were either cold, tasteless, overcooked or to soggy. It was absolutely disgusting. The only thing that was ok, fresh was the bread rolls. After deciding non of the food was good I thought ok I just get some saled,. They don’t even have tomatoes, the ranch dressing was sour, bitter,. Horrible. I’m not one to usually complain about hardly anything but I told them how displeased I was the workers there looked clueless. She tried calling her manager for what to do, he didn’t answer, how can you run a business and not answer your phone, how can you put a young clueless girl in charge and not answer your phone. She said she would give me half off the bill which was 31 dollars ok,. That’s fine. She says it’s 28 dollars,. I’m like uh excuse me but that’s not half off. I’m like are you serious. I will never be going there. Nor recommend that place to anyone.

Meh is OK. Taste like any other buffet. Men’s bathroom is broken, water all over the place. They could clean this place up a bit better. Smell like old people.

Bad… very bad. They had been open an hour and all the food was cold. Also quality had gone down so much. The only reason I gave them 2 star was because I have a gluten allergy, the manager checked ingredients on several items to make sure I could eat them. Great manager, BADFOOD!

It wasn’t bad but needed maintenance. Parking lot was littered and bathroom needed attention. Typical buffet style food. Some fresh and some not. Big selection. I’d go back but not a favorite

I visit this establishment frequently. The experience here has been steadily declining for quite some time now, but my most recent visit — on December 13th of 2014 at around 6:30pm, was absolutely horrible. If you get ANYTHING from the buffet at ANY time of day, you’re virtually guaranteed that the food will be cold at worst, or room temperature at best. I used to be able to count on a decent experience in the grill part of the restaurant. This is why I continue(d) to frequent the place. However, this last time, the grill buffet was absolutely disgusting. One of the ingredients on offer for the hibachi grill is raw eggs. On this date, upon arriving at the buffet to put my plate together, I was horrified to see a pool of raw egg at the bottom of the container, in which several broken eggs and only a couple of still-intact eggs were sitting(see business photos for a picture of this). I alerted a nearby waitress to this, and what did she do? What any sane restaurant employee would do: pick an egg out of the disgusting pool, with her bare unwashed hand, set it on my plate, then walk away. I didn’t know what to say to this. I never plan to visit the Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet again. This was the last straw.

This will sound strange since it’s a buffet, but I love to get sushi here. They make it fresh and of course it’s all you can eat. I wouldn’t call this place a Chinese buffet because they have a huge variety of foods. They have an awesome hibachi grill that I think the veggies, meat, etc are much fresher than Genghis Grill. And the lunch price is cheap $ 7.99 weekdays. It’s somewhere I feel like I can get a healthy lunch when doing errands. But people pile up their plates and definitely leave full as well. One thing to point out is the indoor décor is very old and run down(which I can see bothering a picky person) I don’t mind because the food is very fresh.

Dinner buffet food was at least as old as leftover from lunch. The place also had a very bad indistinguishable bad smell. Not sure what that is but it definitely takes away from your appetite. The cook at the Hibachi bar was incapable of cooking more than 1 plate of food at a time. Terrible experience. This used to be a decent place to eat.

It’s hard to go wrong with a Chinese buffet. I thought it had a huge assortment, but quantity NOT quality overruled. The food was messy, chicken dishes were dry, hot food was cold, & the only reason I gave one star for, is the yummy hibachi grill I waited… here goes…25 minutes for! Yes folks, the members of my table were done, and the bill was already at the table by the time I made it back with my plate of food. I’ll pass next time I’m in Rogers.

We have eaten here many times. Last time we were here the food was cold, the waitstaff was nonexistent and we swore that we wouldn’t ever return. Lately their business had picked up so we figured that there had been a change for the better. There is a big change, actually, they decreased the number of items, and allowed the cooks to better keep up with the buffet even when it is slow. The waitstaff still sucks, but all we needed from them is water refills, if you ask about something on the buffet our server said he’d check on it, and went to talk to his buddy for fifteen minutes. It is OK, three stars for a buffet, not compared to Shiguns or a true Chinese restaurant.

Went in for dinner. Everything looked left over from lunch. No longer is coconut shrimp an option. Everything pointed to a sick day the upcoming morning. So made a beeline to the grill. Family was hugely disappointed. Every time I have been before it has been decent. When paying check… I asked if they had new owners. This is what manager told me. «Don’t come in when we are not busy. The food not fresh. Come in when we are busy.» She then took a whole dollar off our bill. Are you freaking kidding? Never again… One less customer. And they wonder why it is not busy…

I tried to leave this establishment zero stars but Unilocal must be under the impression that a restaurant must be able to get at least a 1 star rating to stay open. Seriously, how is this place open? Greasy, nasty, unappetizing food. I wanted to walk out but my family has obviously become accustomed to inedible food and are forever hopeful that this food will be better than it looks. The only thing more sad than the salad bar was the dessert table. If you hate your family bring them here.

Worst food ever! Over 280 items & everything is gross! They need to cut down on the menu & put effort into making good quality food. Vegetable fried Rice had no flavor & was oily. Chicken teriyaki was bland. Sesame chicken was dry. Maki Rolls– gross… Chicken wontons were okay with sauce(tastes like the frozen kind).Creamed spinach with cheese was very soggy. Spring roll were nasty and tasted like frozen boxed food. Fried chicken was hard and oily… The only TWO things that were okay were the String beans and Fried sweet plantains… I Don’t recommend this buffet at all! Check out Hunan Manor Chinese Restaurant in Fayetteville. It is DELICIOUS!!!

Would be 5 star if food was was warm. Was impressed with the variety and facilities, but greatly disappointed in service and temperature of food. When asked by the cashier if everything was OK, in a friendly tone I stated the food tasted good but was cold. All she said was, sorry, and disregarded the comment. How about, «I’ll be sure to mention that to the cooks» or «thanks for letting us know» or «F off and die, round eye!» Ha! Anyways, five kind of shrimp always catches my attention.

Okay, 6 months ago, I would have given this place at least a 3 star rating. I have eaten here at least half a dozen times and have been somewhat satisfied. Never completely satisfied. HOWEVER!!! About a week ago, I returned to Hibachi Grill expecting the same mediocrity and, I have never been so disgusted! Only a few dishes were fresh and decent, but TWO of the dishes(BBQ Ribs and Fried chicken wings) were NOT safe to eat. They were turning already! Turning as in beginning to have the sweet and sour rotting taste to it! I spat it out right away, but unfortunately was too tired to even say anything to them. I just wanted out right away. I will NEVEREVEREVEREVER return to Hibachi Grill AGAIN! And PLEASE, I highly suggest you all NOT go there! I can’t believe I’m saying this, but if you want decent American Chinese Food, go to Panda Express… do NOT go to a buffet. Panda Express at least has food that is cooked fresh and fairly recent. I want to puke just thinking about my experience.

Another great Chinese buffet in Rogers, Hibachi Grill is located right in front of the Wal-mart in the building that used to operate as Ryan’s. Loads of parking. This is a massive buffet with 7 steam tables and 2 cold tables, plus a large display of desserts. They have the usual items you would expect: chicken and broccoli, beef and broccoli, coconut shrimp, teriyaki chicken, fried dumplings, peel and eat shrimp, even oysters on the half shell in ice. I didn’t see much that looked like«authentic» Chinese, but hey, who cares? Speaking of not authentic, there are a few items on offer that will satisfy the people who don’t like«chinese food» such as pot roast, sliced ham, pizza and french fries. The«hibachi» grill would be better described as «teppanyaki». It’s not a show like at Benihana. You load up a plate with the raw materials you want — diced chicken, diced beef, shrimp, pieces of krab with onions, mushrooms, peppers, and the grill chef cooks it in front of you. He’ll add some spices after checking with you — teriyaki, hot sauce, etc. And when it’s done, he scoops it onto a fresh plate for you to take back to the table. A sushi chef is also in operation. The stuff he makes is good and it’s fresh. Assorted krab and shrimp rolls with mixed vegetables and a few nigiri with salmon or tamago. The cold table has the usual stuff you would expect — salads and dressings. There is a second cold table of dessert items and another table in the back that is just baked goods, next to a bunker of individual serve ice cream cups. They do have reasonable sneeze guards that seem to prevent people from putting their bugs directly into the food. Be careful to wash your hands after using the serving utensils if you’re planning on touching your food or your face. It’s a great way to pass along assorted bugs. Service was good, with my water refilled often. Drinks are included with the price. No wi-fi sigal in the restaurant, but my AT&T phone had five solid bars. A good place, I will return!
