Hampton Inn

I read some other reviews and I completely agree with the person who said that the staff makes this a five star experience. We have stayed at other Hampton hotels and have always had a good experience. My two kids and I came down for a friend’s birthday and housewarming party. We all got sick. It was the flu. The kind of flu that you exhaust all extra underwear and clothes. The kind of flu that your kids have even had to wear their swim trunks and even had an accident in them. The kind of flu where you take your kids to target in a towel because you have nothing left. The staff was so kind to us. They brought extra towels and garbage bags. They offered to do laundry for us. They gave my son a towel when he was freezing at breakfast. We had only planned on spending one night but decided to stay an extra night in the hopes of not bringing the sickness back home to Dad. I went down to get deodorant and w-​tips and was planning on buying it, but they had some extras in the back that they gave to me. Each morning the staff asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. The young girl that cleaned our room was attentive and understood that we didn’t need a full cleaning and gave us what I asked for. We will stay here again if we are needing a place anywhere near here. Hats off to the staff! I will be leaving a large tip in the room for the person who cleans it. I couldn’t be more thankful for the way we were treated. We are not «diamond» or anything. We are just regular people but they treated us like we were diamond. Ari, Amy and Martina were particularly nice and helpful.
I said I’d be back and I was! My mom and I had another great experience. The woman at the front desk was one who was here on my last stay. She looked at me and asked if I’d stayed here before because I look familiar! Lol. A little embarrassing but also nice of her to remember. We had a laugh about the last situation. Thanks again for another great stay!

Although its s typical Hampton, the staff drive this to a 5 star stay. Very nice job taking good care of a road weary traveler!
Room was great… the rest is just a good old Hampton package.

I am a constant traveler, within the U. S and a little bit in Europe and this hotel suite has topped off all my standards in what I expect out of any hotel. Great people, very clean and over top great costumer service. I will be attending this same suit Hampton Inn every year for the holidays. Thank you! You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice facility. Gorgeous outside and clean inside. Free continental breakfast (had delicious food). Stayed 2 nights. Beds very comfortable. Wish the fan in the bedroom would be able to stay on all night (went on and off). 2^nd night we went to go in the hot tub and it was cold. (disappointing). Overall satisfied with a couple disappointments.

The bed was the best part of the room — huge, soft, almost too inviting. Waking up was hard. Although there were multiple hockey teams staying there, I didn’t hear a thing. Plus, they have coffee, tea, and milk available ²⁴⁄₇. Nice and close to the freeway, too.
