Friendly service and the food was good. Great atmosphere for a casual dinner after work.

in a nearly empty restaurant after 40 minutes still no pizza. the server would not even come to the table when asked just shrugged her shoulders from across the room and said still waiting

Have eaten at this location several times. Our waitress was very good. Food down. We ordered 3 items from thin to Chicago style all of which where cool. A Chicago style pizza with moisture oozing out not good. We did not send back. The Bentonville location is on different level so we will be going there in the future.

The pizza ins’t too bad. Had a work gathering here a while back, and it was a fun time with decent food. I’m not big on dine-​in pizza places, but that’s a personal preference. Overall the place was clean and not too loud which made it easier for us to catch up and socialize.

Best pizza in town. Great place good service plenty of TV’s and good atmosphere for all.

100% agree with Christina’s review. Our experience was very disappointing. The Bentonville location and this one are like night and day.

I’m a fan of Gusano’s. I’ve frequented the location in Bentonville on several occasions so I was happy when they opened the new location in Rogers. I called to place a to go order and the Bentonville location said they were conducting spring cleaning tonight, however the Rogers location would be available to accommodate my order. Great! To my dismay, the Rogers location also decided to close an hour ago (830 pm) due to poor attendance according to the young lady that answered the phone. If your business hours are until 10pm AND another location has closed for maintenance early why would you close early as well?! As a restaurant apart of a franchise I would honestly believe you would hold to your standard of hours at a very minimum. In the age of everything being at your fingertips on Google, barring an emergency why would you not adhere to the hours made available to the public? At this point I am both hungry and disappointed. Thank you Gusano’s.

We watched two groups come in behind us and order their food, when we still hadn’t even had a chance to order drinks, I had to ask management for a waitress to come take our order. The waitress assigned to our area was overheard commenting that she thought «someone else was taking our order.» Really! I don’t think any pizza could be good enough.
