I moved to NW Arkansas in July of 2014. My first couple haircuts after moving I went to this Great Clips because it was located the closest to where I live. After about the second or third time here I noticed a major issue with one of the staff. This would have been around October 2014, I got my standard haircut one day, service was great, but I tipped the lady a few dollars and when the expense posted to my credit card, I noticed she added 3 or 4 more dollars onto the tip. I haven’t been back since and don’t plan on it.

Always get a great haircut here. Service is good but they are very busy so check in on line before you go or you will have to wait. This is where I have been going ever since I have moved to the area. Several of the folks have been here the whole time I have been coming here which is very unusual for on of these businesses.

Staff is friendly. Length of wait wasn’t terrible due to 4 hairdressers working. Online check-in is a fabulous invention. Decent haircut to specifications and the price is good with the coupons they send out monthly.

Walk in, give your name, and get an inexpensive hair cut. A little busy today because school is kicking off, but they were moving quickly with six or seven stylists working. They’re really trying to be different, having adopted everyone shouting«Welcome to Great Clips» when a patron walks in(like Moe’s) and the stylist actually introduces themselves with a handshake when they bring you back to their chair. My cut was quick and professional. The stylist followed my instructions perfectly and kept up a stream of conversation while cutting. Most important, my wife likes it. $ 13 plus a $ 2 tip. Good deal!
