On a two week trip to the NWA area, we came here twice. And probably would have came a third time but discovered this place the last week of our trip. Food was great both times. If your a salad person, the Seafood salad with shrimp, salmon and crab cake is a must!

I am staying in the area for work and dropped in for dinner. Since it was just me I chose to dine at the bar. I ordered the Blackened Salmon Oscar which was amazing and a glass of wine at a very reasonable happy hour price. Amber waited on me and was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend.

The restaurant location is in a convenient spot, always clean, nice staff, and a great casual atmosphere. Great new Kobe burger. Me and a friend went here for lunch yesterday. We picked the calamari for an appetizer which came with cocktail and remoulade. Both dips were standard and the calamari was a but over fried. My friend got the classic burger with fries. He said it was pretty good(not much feedback from him on it but he wasn’t raving about it). I got the new Kobe Akashi burger with everything on it and fries. Crabby fries are seasoned waffle fries that are pretty good. The burger was amazing!!! There wasn’t a choice on how I wanted it cooked though and it is made well done as a standard. The burger was thicker than my friend’s burger, juicy, flavorful, tender, and for a well done burger it was cooked perfectly. Wait staff wasn’t good about keeping drinks filled though and she only had 2 tables including us. I still like the food so I’ll come back soon!

Great happy hour. Great patio. Like the rest of NWA the service is questionable, but everything else is on point.

We purchased a gift card on-line(Crabbys web site) from out of state for our son’s birthday and received confirmation the card would be at the hostess stand. When my son and his girl friend arrived — guess what — - no gift card and no record of it. My son called asking if I could re-send the confirmation e-mail and by the time I was able to call, the manager had taken care of giving them a card. When I talked with the manager, he explained what had happened and I asked if they could comp a bottle of champagne — he said they could not legally do that but would provide an appetizer. This experience was embarrassing for him and his date. We will not try to provide a gift card remotely in the future — not the birthday experience we had intended for our son and girl friend.

As always, excellent service. Her knowledge of the menu and specials was spot on. The restaurant is beautiful and dimly lit giving the place a unique vibe. The ceviche was delicious far more chips on the plate then necessary. The server was quick with the drinks, and clearing the table. The tuna tacos were great, fries that came with here the best fries I’ve had in a long time! The grilled fish tacos were over grilles because they just smelled super fishy. I didn’t want to eat my second one. Side salad was pretty big. They do not offer corn tortillas only flour, so if you are gluten free as for lettuce wraps, they are happy to accommodate!

I love this place. I can’t enough of the seafood salad… Warm salmon, shrimp and crab cakes on top of a great salad with excellent dressing.

Well, I don’t think I’d rate it 5-stars if it were located in New Orleans, but this is Northwest Arkansas. We went during happy hour and had drinks and appetizers including Seafood Ceviche, Crab Spinach Dip, Fried Calamari and Blackened Alligator(temporary menu item). I must say that all were excellent, including the drinks. We were partial to the Crabby’s Ocean Water. The sauce that the alligator was sauteed in was quite tasty. And the service was as good as it gets! Ask for Manny!

Oh Crabbys I really wanted to like you. I really did. I wanted us to grow old together but after our experience I don’t think so. So I’ll start with this. Beer does expire. It will lose its carbonation and go flat. ONTOTHEFOOD! Oysters –delicious. Thanks Jesus! Calamari –I love your breading. Go Crabbys Sesame crusted ahi tuna– husband was licking the plate … He has a military background. Waste nothing. But I tried a bit it was pretty good. Seafood fettuccini — … I wish I wouldn’t have ordered you. So disappointing I really was looking forward to this. A night without the kids a great meal and my meal was blah. Bland. I’m not a chef and maybe the cook was having an off night and missed a herb or two maybe 10… but I was really disappointed. Whhhhhhhhy…

I’m not a «seafood» guy, however my wife had a wonderful experience with on a recent night out with the girls for happy hour, I thought we’d give it a try. Maker’s Mark on the rocks, 8oz Filet, Mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Was absolutely perfecrt. May have been my first visit, but won’t beyond last. Staff was knowledgeable and gracious.

We really enjoy the happy hour menu and drink prices during then. Great service best seafood Ceviche in NWA. Hand made chicken tenders and great sliders. We typically set in bar area or outside during summer we never eat in the dinning area. Great place come and try.

Nothing special. I came to Crabbys on a business trip to the area and stopped for dinner as the restaurant was across the street from my hotel. The major thing that Crabbys has going for it is it’s location. It’s right across the street from two hotels, close to the highway and near a lot of vendor offices for easy access. Other than it’s location there really isn’t anything special about it. From the multitude of items we tried everything pretty much tasted the same. The service was not prompt and we had to ask for new drinks and more water multiple times. Overall the food and the service doesn’t relate to the price for the area. Work on your service Crabbys! I likely won’t be back for dinner again.

Gluten free menu that’s out of this world! Absolutely delicious seafood! A bit pricey but worth it. Our server was great! Often times servers act put out when we’ve asked whether things were gluten free. Misty was awesome! Definitely going back!

First visit was amazing! Were there when they opened, so no wait and seated fast. We ordered the Buffalo Shrimp Po Boy and the Spicy Cajun Chicken Pasta, and it was brought to us within 15 minutes, nice and hot. Both the entrees were absolutely delicious. I love spicy foods, and this pasta dish didn’t disappoint. Both meals were nice sized portions for two women, but the pasta meal was so good, I just had to finish every single bite. Only thing that was missing — some toasted garlic bread(or something) would have been nice to have with the pasta dish. Iced tea was delicious too. Definitely added to our list of favorite restaurants in the area.

Crabby’s was great! I ate dinner with a group and we tried a lot of food! Appetizers: ceviche, calamari, spinach and crab dip, and salads… I tried the Caesar salad and the other appetizers were amazing! The ceviche was to die for and the calamari was fresh and delicious. I ordered the Chilean Seabass for dinner. The Seabass was quested but the inside was super buttery and flaking – very good! We rounded off the night with plenty of desserts to try. I had the bread pudding with the bourbon sauce and it was extremely good. It was warm and the sauce wasn’t too sweet. The servers were very attentive to such a large group. I look forward to my next trip to Crabby’s!

Possibly the worst place I’ve eaten at since moving to NWA. Had to return our first order of drinks due to the incapable bartender. She also had the audacity to roll her eyes at us when we questioned her methods. The crab cakes had very little crab meat and smothered in a salty marinara sauce. The rest of our meal shared the same trend, too much salt and seemingly seafood from a can. Avoid this establishment unless you’re looking for a bad time.

I ordered the crab and lobster omelette. There were maybe 5 teeny morsels of seafood in it and the potatoes tasted like they came out of a frozen bag. It was all flavorless. Food was just not good. Service was great, but if the food is bad it doesn’t matter much.

Went here for dinner after an exciting spring break trip to Bentonville. The décor is nice and the wait staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Was impressed with their collection of local and craft beers. I ordered the seafood scampi and while there was plenty of seafood, the flavor wasn’t all there. People who ate with me ordered the seafood risotto and had similar feelings. However my wife had the seafood fettuccine and I got a taste as well, it was fantastic. Menu is pretty diverse too, with some pretty interesting offerings like tacos.

As the closest restaurant to the aLoft hotel, this was the first place that the Front Desk staff recommended when I asked about dinner options. As I was working late, I opted for delivery rather than going in, and ordered for myself and a colleague. My colleague’s grilled chicken sandwich was, by all accounts, a hit. Thing is, I wasn’t getting anywhere near it, and so I’m left with reviewing my own less-than-stellar meal. I opted for a shrimp/crab/corn chowder to start with, followed by the lobster risotto. Now, on the plus side, Crabbys were nice enough to deliver two soups, but they were both let-downs. Watery and oily, with a few lonely pieces of shrimp and no discernible crab. The lobster risotto is where I was truly disappointed. The rice had a very odd texture, gelatinous, and completely unlike any arborio rice I’ve ever had. The lobster pieces were cut so small that it was difficult to discern them from the hunks of garlic that the dish was loaded with, but they were also distinctly underwhelming as they lacked the good crisp crackle of well-cooked lobster flesh. Speaking to a local colleague the next day, he confirmed that his experience with the risotto has also been disappointing, and that I probably ordered the only thing on the menu that isn’t great. Ergo, I plan to go back and give them another shot, but they’re starting in the negative column for me right now.
