This team only cares about their commission and works hard at lining up buyers for their listings before the homes hit the market. Blatantly avoiding other agents requests to show their listings to ensure they take home the entire commission. It’s this type of shady practice that gives this industry a bad name. This is not illegal however there is no regulation to ensure fair and ethical behavior creating a vicious and very manipulated environment that this team takes full advantage of. Beware of this team if you are not their client, you won’t get near their listings. People who call themselves professionals and work with no moral compass like this make me sick to my stomach. If you are their client you may think you hit the jackpot, but by allowing them to cherry pick your buyer you could be leaving money on the table and you are perpetuating an unfair, commission charged environment in a community that otherwise is an incredible place to live.

Gloria represented the seller in our Rocky River purchase and clearly enabled the seller to misrepresent the property in the«property disclosure form». From active leaks to mold remediation, the house we purchased had it all. Admittedly, we went ahead with the purchase even after our home inspection turned up significant repair needs since we intended to immediately renovate the home. Only after the renovation could we truly understand the magnitude of the misrepresentation of our property. Gloria’s direct statements to us at the time of viewing the property were patently false and, in retrospect, it’s clear that the SALEmaker was more interested in the sales commission than in actively researching and accurately representing her client’s property – Buyers beware!
