Richard E Betor, DDS

I have been a patient here since I was four years old. My mom was 13 when she started seeing Dr. Betor. So basically for 40 years our family has been seeing Dr. Richard Betor, and now we also see his son Dr. Mike. Needless to say, I trust them 100% with my smile. Perhaps I am a bit biased because of my lifetime relationship with Dr. Betor, but it’s for good reason! They stay up to date on all of the latest techniques, equipment and procedures. They attend, and sends their staff to conferences, and training. Dr. Betor is a great family dentist, and even greater miracle worker (if you see some of the «makeovers» he’s done, you would know what I mean. Next time I’m in the office, I’ll snap a couple photos). I no longer live in Cleveland, but I still come in for my twice a year cleanings.

I have to say that I found Dr Betor before our wedding. He made my teeth perfect just in time for my wedding day! I have never had to wait long for appointments and I never wait long in the office before being seen! He does a great job! I have never had billing problems like I have had at MANY other dental offices.
I recently went back with my 4 year old son and I could not be happier with his care!
My son is not scared to go there and I can take him back again without worrying about him being traumatized by a bad dentist.
All of the staff is amazing!

I got a deal for this dental practice for Zoom Whitening, and was sort of expecting the worst. I have a couple friends who have had it done at other places and all they talk about is how extremely painful and scary it was.
My experience could not have been better! Dr. Mike and his assistant were both super nice. His assistant explained the whole Zoom process to me, and luckily, they had a cancellation today so I was able to have the treatment the same day as my consultation.
The whitening process itself was 100% less stressful than I expected, with even better results. I would definitely recommend bringing your earbuds so you have something do to keep your mind off the boring, somewhat claustrophobic (not too bad) process.
I didn’t have any pain during the process, as others have reported, but definitely some minor nerve «zingers» in my teeth since, but having a bright white smile is totally worth it!
I’m not sure how often you’re able to get Zoom whitening done, but I am so happy with the results that I would happily pay full price in the future if I couldn’t find the same (amazing) deal!
