Fords Clothier

I had my bridesmaid dress altered here last year, so naturally, i took my wedding dress to get altered. The guy who did my bridesmaid dress, Tony, got sick so the job was handed off to his seamstress. She had the dress for over 3 weeks. I called the store and left several messages for an updated but she never returned my calls. When i finally got a hold of her, She told me to come in and try it on. When i came in, She still didn’t touch the dress! She also told me i would have to get it bustled somewhere else b/​c she didn’t know how to do that! Why didn’t she tell me to start with?! After them having the dress for a month, i picked it up and took it to Alteration Express in North Olmsted where their seamstress, Irene, did a beautiful job! Ford’s Clothier is not professional and didn’t really care about how i was treated and the stress they caused. Unfortunately, i do not recommend them.
