I absolutely love this salon! The atmosphere is very welcoming and this is the ONLY place that I trust to cut my hair the right way.

Some of the worst eyelash extensions I have ever seen have come out of this salon. Technicians are not properly trained on individual eyelash extensions. As a lash artist myself, this is a serious health concern. I have removed lashes from several clients who have left Dante Lucci with painful clusters of lashes, excess dried glue, and/​or multiple natural lashes glued to each other.
The photos online look good, but I’m guessing the advertising pictures are of another technician’s work. What I’ve seen in person is scary, of amateur quality, and an insult to the lash extension industry.

Dante Lucci is such a professional and friendly salon. Bradley did an amazing job on my hair and really took his time. The color and cut was perfect and flawless. When I came home, my husband absolutely loved it! I will continue to come back here and use Bradley!

I really wanted to love this place. The staff at the entrance were not welcoming. I came here three times for hair cut and color and each time i was not seen until 30 plus minutes after my schedule appointment time. There were multiple highlight bleeds through out my hair. This place needs to make sure their hair stylist are trained. For the amount of money you pay $$$$, one would think you are receiving great service. Checking out was a disaster as well. I felt as though i was bothering them to pay my bill. I will not go back and do not recommend this place.

This place is a small hidden treasure! The staff is friendly and professional. They offer a variety of services from color to eyelash extensions. The eyelash extensions feel so natural and have amazing durability. The staff are always quick to offer you a drink or accommodate you in any way! I have always been completely satisfied with any service I have had done here. Love it!

I really wanted to like this salon, as I just moved to area and saw Dante Lucci stylists previously at a bridal show where the hair looked awesome. I took a chance and was booked with a Silver level male stylist. At first, he was great — consulted with me, gave me a tour of the salon. But he got progressively worse — would not make small talk with me despite my attempts, would only chat with the other stylist behind him. I was left sitting to process for much longer than expected because the stylist he delegated me to for a rinse, forgot about me. My original stylist came back and gave me the most aggressive hairwashing I’ve ever experienced — water all over my face and down my back. It was awful. I did like the color, but he never completed what I asked him to do to the layers around my face. He seemed so busy and put-​off that I didn’t bother to correct him. He spoke poorly of this coworkers and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. When I got to my car, I noticed all of the lingering hair dye on my skin around my forehead and ears. So embarassing.
I would like to come back, but definitely to someone else — I wouldn’t take a gamble and book with the first person available, thats for sure. For the price, it was an extremely disappointing experience.

I’ve been a customer here since they opened, never had a bad service or experience. The stylist are excellent, recommend new style options and products to keep it fresh. I’m not a big fan of the latest colors they’ve used-​orange and turquoise, but otherwise perfect place for salon services.

I love everything about this place! The atmosphere, the hospitality, and the products. They always have hot coffee and cookies, and a lovely lounge area. It almost makes me hope I have to wait a little bit before my appointment!
My stylist is phenomenal-​ask for Yvette! She always does exactly what I ask and offers up suggestions but never pushes ideas on me. They also have great products but don’t push you to buy, either. Of you’re like me there’s nothing that more annoying than that!
It’s a fun and upbeat atmosphere and the staff is warm and approachable yet edgy and professional.

Really wanted to love this place because it looks fresh and stylish and cute and I’ve heard good things! Went in for the first time for a shellac manicure and pedicure today. Unfortunately the customer service was just lacking. I was rushed the entire time, even though I arrived early and they didn’t start me until 15 minutes after my scheduled time. She complained that I had shellac polish on that needed removal, though I had told the receptionist that by phone when making the Appt. There was a lot of sighing and frantic pace to the entire experience and I mentioned two times that I was a first time guest. Didn’t feel welcomed like my business would be wanted back. When I asked a question about how to use the pedicure chair, the stylist said «I have no idea — I’ve never sat in it.» Lastly, she asked me to leave the chair to find my own place to sit in the salon to dry my toes as she was late to her next Appt. Luckily I found a comfortable quiet area on my own and I will acknowledge that her foot massage was very well done.

I go here whenever I’m home and need a trim. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’m kind of a hair diva. I had my hair and makeup for prom done here years ago and it was literally perfect. Literally perfect.

I went here on a deal through Groupon. I was really impressed! The décor is clean, fresh, modern and fun! I was warmly greeted and offered a beverage, as I waited for Mo (I was early for my appointment).
Mo was great. I showed him a picture of what I was hoping for, and he gave me exactly what I wanted! He made me feel comfortable the entire time I was in his chair and I was overly pleased with his work.
I didn’t know what to expect coming to this salon. Having a Groupon to pay for my service, I expected to get very minimal service; I was wrong. I was very impressed from the minute I walked in the door, till the minute I left. I will definitely be returning, and will recommend to my friends.

Loved it, Loved it! Referred by a beautiful friend with great hair (or I wouldn’t have gone). It’s what you would expect in an upscale salon. Great service and lovely job overall! They did however, get me hooked on some ridiculously priced product– be advised.

I was referred to the salon by one of their long time customers. Decided to give them a shot after researching the salon. I went in for a haircut and was very pleased with the outcome. Melissa, (a platinum level stylist) was very attentive, friendly and professional. She did a great job and only charged me $ 65. The salon was very clean and had a modern décor. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I didnt wait at all. I will definitely be back.

I was in the venue the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I found the experience distressful, and the lack of professionalism and experience of the salon. As I mentioned my experience to several people, many had said the salon has gone down hill.
Later on that evening I went out with a good friend to a local club. While there a man who looked somewhat familiar was rudely tapping my friend on the shoulder. I was walking behind my friend so I kindly asked him if there was something he wanted from my friend. However, all he could say was rude things to me pertaining to my experience to the salon. So not only does the lack of professionalism live within the walls of the tacky blue walled salon, but also when the employees are off duty. At least one thing is consistent.
Do yourself a favour and go anywhere but this joke of a salon.

Excellent experiences at the Avon location, getting my hair cut by Cami. She’s fantastic and very skilled. After getting some mediocre cuts elsewhere, I was so thrilled I tried there.

Finding a decent salon with stylists you can trust can be difficult. Shortly after moving to the area in 2007 I was lucky enough to get a recommendation for Dante Lucci — and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since.
The great thing about this salon is that the stylists work together, so if your usual stylist is booked you can go to another with no hard feelings. I typically visit Jenny who is a Silver Level stylist. My main reason for going to her in the first place was that she was one of the least expensive, but I have to tell you she’s beyond incredible.
Sheri is great if you’re looking to do something with your color and need a good consult. Annie is the other stylist I visit regularly and she is a perfectionist so you can guarantee you’ll walk out of there happy! She’s not afraid to do drastic change, either. So when I want to go from bleach blonde to brunette she doesn’t hesitate to help me get the results I want.
Gina, the owner, is incredible too. She definitely makes her clients feel at home there. If you want a great salon experience, Dante Lucci is it! Even after moving across town to Painesville I still make the drive out to Rocky River — they’re THAT good!

This salon is awesome. I have been to a few different stylists but Holly is the best. Does a great job. People always ask me where I get my hair done! Truly a high end salon with a very professional comfortable atmosphere!

Since I relocated to Cleveland in June 2006, this was my best find so far! My experience at the salon has been extraordinary, the service amazing, and the results outstanding.
I was referred here by a friend of a colleague of mine after inquiring if she had «any blonde friends and where they got their highlights done» :) and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the professionalism or the quality of the services I have recieved. I have gotten countless compliments on my color and cut since I started going 2 years ago.
The salon is on the pricier side, but no more expensive than any other salons I used to go to. I also make my appointments at least 3 weeks in advance, since I can only go after 5pm. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a great salon in the Cleveland area.
