My husband and I took our parents to Golden Corral for a celebratory occasion and the Grill Chef Ricky personally ensured that our meal and service was nothing less than spectacular. Our family would like to take the time to thank Chef Ricky for making this occasion memorable and personal. It’s not often that you encounter such top notch customer service. The Rocky Mount Location is lucky to have a Grill Chef with both excellent culinary skills and superior customer service skills.

The absolute best customer service IV had Brian kept drinks full and Adrian helped us and she was all the way on the other side of the restaurant working she stopped what she was doing to bring regular butter tobour table the ppl in the kitchen area was so polite and asked how we were liking everything the atmosphere just seemed welcoming the manager sal is doing a great job with this staff they all seem to love their job and that’s what being a good manager is proof of
