I’m a bit late with this review but I went to Nova Spa for the first time in August 2015. What a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The owner (I believe his name is Jeff?) was super welcoming and kind. He explained everything that they offer at Nova Spa including classes, etc which I was not expecting but absolutely loved! They also have a full kitchen on site and are all about the all-​natural everything– bonus! When I finally went in for my facial– what a treat. The woman who serviced me was excellent, and even massaged my arms and legs in between while we were waiting for my masks to dry! It was just amazing, I can’t wait to go back. The service was excellent and there is nothing better than also NOT feeling rushed in your treatment or that they are all about business– Not Nova Spa! THANK YOU!

Simply put, this spa is spectacular! The treatments are top of the line and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend NOVA.

This is one of those rare find businesses that you are so glad you came across. Initially, I came here from a Groupon. Right away you walk in and the décor is amazing! The owner is usually on site and explained that most of it is hand crafted himself! I will say that this is a very customer service oriented location. They are very focused on their customers and I felt provided a great customer service experience!
From a services perspective, I came there for a facial (which was great!) but was intrigued by the full kitchen that they have on site (which is unusual for a convential spa) He explained that they do cooking classes, juicing, and a host of other options! I tried the juices and they are great. Considering I need to eat healthier and am not a fan of greens, this is a great way to get some vitamins and nutrition that I would otherwise not be getting. I can actually see them being made and the ingredients that go into them and they are tasty and reasonably priced! I plan on going back and highly recommend this Spa as a place to try if you are in the area. I signed up for a SeaWeed wrap in a few weeks as well. The services that they offer are very diverse and I am really glad I found this business!
