iCracked Professional iPhone, iPod, and iPad Repair

Wow!! This place is a dream. I went in today to get my iPhone 6 plus repaired because it was cracked so bad I couldn’t even FaceTime. (There was a crack through the camera) he told me it would be 20 – 30 minutes and he was done within 5 – 10 minutes. I cou don’t not believe it. On top of that he was nice and funny and when I asked him about an iPhone case to protect my phone, he was honest with me about where I could buy one nearby instead of trying to get me to buy one there! But they also have a great selection!

What a great deal. Bill fixed my iPhone in less than 20 minutes, charged me a very fair price, and I never had to go to the PO, ship my phone off, and then wait for it to come back. It works just like new

Bill was outstanding. I dropped my iPhone 5s on concrete and the glass shattered into pieces. I was frantic since I don’t have a landline phone and this is my only phone. It happened on a Sunday so I knew I had to do something on Monday. I checked online to see if there was a company that replaced the glass only so that I didn’t have to purchase a new phone. I checked my wireless carrier and I wasn’t due for an update until ¹¹⁄₂₀₁₅. Luckily, I found iCracked online and checked with Unilocal and the reviews were excellent. I entered my information into their website and within seconds, I received a text message from Bill. He said that he would meet me at a local coffee shop at 9:00 a.m. on Monday morning and repair the phone. I couldn’t believe how quickly he responded. I met him on Monday morning and found him to be very professional. He had many years of experience in the tech field and repaired my iPhone 5s within a half and hour. He tested the phone to see if any additional damage occurred to the phone when it was dropped and everything looked good. I must tell you that the price was right, too. I cannot say enough about iCracked. Bill happened to live right in my town but there are local, trained representatives all over the country to service you.
