This Ross needs a better system when it comes to checkout and returns. I shop here atleast once a week for the past 15 years. On my last visit, I was extremely upset with how I was treated. I was standing in the return line and when one of the two registers in that line was available and the next customer was called, I walked to the counter. I was suddenly stopped by a rude cashier named Iris who rudely pointed and said, «Ma’am, just stand back over there. I will get you!» She could have simply said, «oh ma’am, this is the return register, if you can just wait a few seconds, I can help you as soon as I can.» So I stood back in line until she was done with the customer ahead of me. I returned my item and vowed that I will NEVER shop at Ross again. Either take that line away altogether or make it clear which line is for which register. Better yet, train your employees to speak to customers with kindness and respect.

This is your typical Ross Store, which means it sucks if your a man selection wise. Associates were pretty nice but sections were kind of cluttered and cleanliness of the store was so-so…but like any discount store if u put in the work u can find some pretty good deals.
