Lonestar Transmissions

Sparky and Johnny have fix my vehicles correctly and fairly. They have fixed my transmissions and other items. Good guys.

Called lone star transmissions to come pick up a van that I was having issues with on the road after they picked it up and got into their shop they told me they transmission that was in there I could not be rebuilt and I had to have a new transmission because the casing was cracked it was completely trash now granted I just rebuilt the transmission approximately three years ago so I took his word for it and I ordered a new transmission from when I got the transmission backwhen I got the transmission back needless to say he charged me $ 3700 for everything I got the van back I drove the van for proximally 3 to 4 days it was still having the same issues took it back hit took it back with him he then kept my van another week and told me that he was having to replace some parts that were Bad so I let him go ahead and change out the parts finally got my Van back for the second time and again I drove it three or four days the same problem after that time I did not trust him I felt like he could not get the job done for me I took it to Rockwall Chevrolet they saw that they were’s coach and the transmission was bad parts and it was not a new transmission I had them put a brand-​new transmission in it from the Chevrolet dealership for $ 500 less then he charged me with a three-​year warranty I got my van back I’ve never had a problem since they fixed my problem do not go to lone star transmission they do not know what they’re doing he does not want to use work he is fighting with me about the charges I am going through my American Express I am getting my money back buyer beware do not use this company I am also writing a BBB letter against this company to
