Lakeside Florist

Basis for my rating: one star is the freebie given by Unilocal — nothing can be rated zero stars so one star is just the company existing. The florist then earns a star if I have good experience in the following four categories:
2^nd Star: Delivery;
3^rd Star: Quality;
4^th Star: Price; and
5^th Star: Presentation.
Delivery — they were prompt and delivered the product on time.
Quality — completely missing — uploading photos — half the lilies never opened at all and most of the flowers started to die in 3 days.
Price — For what I got — it was too expensive — way too expensive. I got far better flowers from kroger than I did from Lakeside as far as quality goes for half the price.
Presentation — Terrible. Like I said, most of the lilies did not open — so while I thought — maybe they will look better in a day or two after the lilies open — they didn’t… it just went downhill.
So — that is the basis behind my review. Other people have great success here — but not me. I have had great difficulty finding a quality florist in Rockwall — it might just be a suburb thing — but I think I’ll stick with the doctor in Dallas.

I was in TN when a friend’s mother died so I called Lakeside Florist to make a white flower arrangement. I spent $ 40. My friend was delighted with the flowers! She sent me a photo and they exceeded my expectations. The clear glass vase held a creative design of white Hydrangeas, huge Spider Mums, Snapdragons, and large perfect Roses with greenery! Gorgeous! Service was friendly and quick. The flowers were ready in half an hour for my family to pick up and deliver! Lakeside Florist is my new «go-​to» florist in Rockwall, TX!

We have purchased several floral arrangements only to be disappointed by the pitiful size based on what we are charged. Our recent hostess gift was delivered a day earlier than requested and was ¼ the size we believe we should has seen for the money. Not happy.

I worked with this florist for my wedding, and I just loved them! She took time to sit with me and listen to what I wanted, and used her expertise to make suggestions for things that would work better or be more readily available.
