Dr. Duhan is an excellent Doctor. He is kind and very easy to talk to. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to you. I really am happy that I have found such a great doctor!

I went to the office for a check up. I saw Dr. A and I thought he was nice and did a good job and he helped me so that part of the visit was great
When I went to check out I tried to pay. The office staff would not let me pay because they said they didn’t know how much I owed. I asked them if they could look it up for me while I was there. They told me that they did not know how. They told me that they would just take it out of my HSA account and not to worry about it. I asked if someone could call me the next day or week to let me know how much I was being charged. I never recieved a call back from them …
I was also supposed to recieve a prescription by their office pharmacy. They told me not to worry about it and that it would be billed by my HSA and they would mail the prescription to my house. I never recieved the prescription …
A few days ago, which is about 4 months after my visit I recieved a letter from a collections agency. They had turned me over to collections for not paying my bill without actually ever telling me how much I owed, sending me a bill, or even calling me. When I called the office they tried to play it off and tell me that they don’t have the «manpower» at the office to collect bills so they just send everyone who has a balance over $ 250 to this agency.
Its dissapointing because I liked the doctor but if you don’t have an office that can even send you a bill … I will not be returning
