Dr. Warren is a wonderful doctor but his receptionist in the Greenville office is rude, and unsympathetic. This was my yearly check up. All my information was the same as last year. But the receptionist insisted that I must fill out all my medical history again, even though I told her nothing had changed and they had my current information. I tried to fill out the forms but was unable to do so. She said I had to fill out all the forms and I told her I could not and she did not offer to help so I left the office without seeing the doctor. Next time I will go to the Rockwall location and hopefully the staff there will be more professional and kind.

Dr. ash is amazing! However, their billing dept. lady says she billed me 8 times on last year and half for a $ 35.89 balance that’s now $ 215. Due to them charging «late fees»! My husband has been in their office multiply times in past year and they claim they cannot link my 2 year old account to my spouses! Which is why he was unaware of ludacris billing. Took my toddler today and wasted my time as they won’t see him until I pay that bogus bill… Nope! Won’t happen! I gladly pay my $ 35.89 actual debt though! Won’t be back! These people try and act like the toll authority– highway robbery?

Dr. Warren is no nonsense in his approach, friendly and quick with his assessment. He studied at Columbia University and interned at Southwestern and has enough experience to know what he’s looking at right away and what the treatment options are. He’s helped several friends and family members and has kept everybody sailing along in good skin health.

Not impressed with this office. Was made to wait in the waiting area for over two hours and then another hour once the nurse seated me in a room. The doctor spent little time with me and had no bedside manner. I have already transferred to another dermatologist in Rockwall — who I HIGHLY recommend. Think twice before setting up an appointment with this doctor — they schedule WAY too many patients and the doctor is late and then rushes.
