It was raining inside my bedroom and they came quick to help. They tarped the area until I was able to workout issues with the insurance company. They repaired the area completely. They did a great job and did more than I expected. Very quick work, cleaned up the entire work area when they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They did some small work on another house I owned a few years back and did a great job there too. Fast response, very honest, very affordable, doesn’t try to scam you or the insurance company. I didn’t end up filing a claim even. I will use them on any future roof work! Great guys!

Best roofer I’ve met and I didn’t even pay him a dime for the service he’s done! Just bought a house that had bad workmanship on the roof and spoke to Mark from the company. Tim Mullen came by the next morning and told me that the roofers who did the original work left old felt that was most likely wet before the new shingles were installed. I panicked since my home insurance co was advising my that they would be canceling my policy if new shingles were replaced. The original damage to the roof was done before I purchased the home so my new insurance would not cover it. I would either have to pay for the roof on my own or contact my attorney to have them deal with the previous owner and the old roofer. Tim actually took his time to help me call the old roofer to straighten the issue. The old roofer was rude and did not want to deal with me at first. But Tim was persistent and kept giving me reasons to explain the to old roofer that it is their responsibility to redo the roof. He also took the time to call my home insurance co and see what my options are to solve this big issue. I felt so helpless since I didn’t have any money for a new roof, but Tim was their to give me advise. We finally got the old roofer to agree to redo the roof without having to have attorneys involved. Let me remind you again that although it was not Tim’s responsibility to be there the whole time, he actually stayed until the problem was solved. He even told me that he would come by after the old roofer redoes my roof to make sure it looks good. And again, he is not getting paid at all to do this! What a great guy and what a great service! I wouldn’t be able to thank him enough once this whole nightmare is over! Will definitely use this company when I need to get my roof replaced in the future!

Top-​notch operation, through and through. Folks, any guy with a truck and a hammer can swing by your home with some cheap flyers and business cards, telling you they can replace your roof at no cost to you. DON’T BUY IT! Firehouse Roofing, Inc. is one of the few companies I’ve seen that doesn’t «sell a new roof» on each roof inspection. Bottom line, if your roof is in good shape, they will tell you so. Don’t expect them to promise you they will take care of your deductible. Because they won’t make that promise. For, even though, it may be a «legal» practice, it is not completely honest. And, that, folks is integrity. Integrity abounds in this organization. It will be obvious from your first meeting. From their professional appearance, promptness and superior workmanship, you’ll notice a big difference. I called them out on my home about 4 years ago and have referred friends and clients to them ever since.

Refused to stand behind their work while under warranty. Had to get another company to repair areas they said they fixed around my flashing around chimney. They refused to come out and repair their work.
They inflated the scope of work on their bid for some other repairs around my balcony that I needed. And they were almost 11 times higher than Nabor’s roofing for the same work.
So
I am out the money I paid them for nothing because the roof continued to have the same issues they were paid to fix. And also out money to have their work repaired as well.
Just because the owner is a fireman, that shouldn’t instill confidence in his company’s integrity.

We called Tim with Firehouse Roofing when my mom’s house needed a new roof. He came out very quickly and met with us and thoroughly explained everything and answered any questions we had. He showed us some shingle options and made his recommendations and suggestions to help us with the decision making process. Once that was done, he scheduled us for the next week, dealt with our insurance company so we didn’t have to deal with any of that stuff. The work crews (yes more than one crew) showed up when scheduled, and competed the job in ONE DAY!!! My mom has some mobility issues, so he brought in an extra crew so she wasn’t cooped up in her house for multiple days or «kept out» of the house either. All in all, they did an excellent job with a superior product as well! They also made one minor wood repair where they found some rotten wood around a vent pipe! The roof looks amazing and my mom was happy as well! They also had some new gutters installed (our choice and expense) that were a much needed update to the house. It’s really great having a trustworthy man and company come out to your house that you can rest assured knowing he will take care of everything from estimate, delivery, install and cleanup!
