Apple Orthodontix

I wish I would have taken my daughter to Apple Orthodontix FIRST! My daughter had severe overcrowding and I took to a popular orthodontist in town for braces. After taking my money they said that they could not correct my her teeth without first pulling four of her teeth. They did not mention this BEFORE taking my money. I sat with the orthodontist suggesting several options to prevent pulling four permanent teeth. There was no compromising with this orthodontist. I made an appointment with Apple Orthodontix in Rockwall. Wow, soooo refreshing! They gave me everything for free that the other orthodontist charged me almost $ 400 for. I had a consultation with Dr. McNeal, x-​rays and photos. Dr. McNeal was a ray of sunshine for us. So personable and wanted the treatment that would best suit my daughter. Each visit was positive. The office was always clean and organized and we never had a wait, we usually went in early mornings before school. There is plenty of seating and I was always welcome to sit with my daughter during her procedures and check ups. Dr. McNeal and her staff are very professional in their work and you know that they are always focused on giving you their best. My daughter had insignia braces and KEPT all of her teeth. With the insignia braces she did not have to go in as often and her teeth were moving before our eyes. Her smile is AMAZING! She is so happy and confident and as a parent I am very, very, happy. My daughter loves Dr. McNeal and so do I. She is such a wonderful person and really knows her job. She has such a bubbly personality and makes each patient feel very special. She makes you feel like family. I have recommended Apple Orthodontix to several friends who have also used her and feel the same way about her, her staff and their results. Payment plans make the procedure affordable. The results that we have after treatment are priceless!!! Thank you Dr, McNeal for putting a wonderful smile on my daughters face and mine.

Apple Ortho in Rockwall TX is great when you are a new patient. After they get you in & take your money they treat you badly! Orthodontist is blunt & flat out rude! Previous doctor (man) was very nice. Staff takes you back 10 – 20 minutes after scheduled appointment making your child miss even more school! Not to mention their hair is not pulled back many times & using gloves to type info on keyboard after they just put their hands in your mouth! Not clean at all! I would suggest finding an Ortho with good reviews & not a chain like Apple! Now that my child’s braces are off she must wear retainer 24 hours a day or teeth come apart after about 2 minutes! $ 4000 for that!?! My dentist is kindly putting in a permanent retainer to correct the bad work done by Apple thank goodness. Hope this review saves you time, money & stress!
