Staff insisted on charging me an extra dollar on my drink because I used a coupon. She said it was the «coupon price» when I pointed out that the $ 2.99 fountain drink was higher than the posted price. Who has ever heard of this practice? The subway just another few blocks up Rockville Pike does not do this and I will stick with that one going forward.

It’s a standard Subway except for one SERIOUS problem, they scrimp on everything
Buy a sandwich at the Subway any where else and compare it to this one, you will see it is light on the ingredients like tomato, onions, black olives, peppers AND the extras you pay for like BACON or AVOCADO SPREAD!!!
It’s not just toppings but the even the main ingredients like tuna. The tuna melt had a friend unsatisfied and and felt lighter compared to other locations.
This has been going for over a decade, I remember feeling cheated by them for years and going recently reminded why I avoid them.
I’m so happy that there are MANY Subways that meet the quality of the company have gone up around that makes this place around that I never need to go here.
Avoid this Subway a mooching acquaintance that insults you then asks for money.
