They tried to charge me more than twice what they quoted me for my tax returns. Then, they tried to charge me for services that was not explained to me beforehand.
It’s terrible business ethics when a client asks you something and you say «Let me look into that» and send the client a bill without even explaining to the client why they are being charged in the first place. «It took me longer than I expected and I’m doing you a favor by only charging you for some of it» is not ethical IMO.
I would NOT recommend this place to my friends and family.
