Do NOT see Dr. Mark Peterson! I cut a tendon in my foot and he told me that there was an easy surgical fix. Dr. Peterson completely botched the surgery and was clearly in over his head. Afterwards, he told me that my care was being transferred to the practice’s foot specialist (Dr. Witte). I was shocked – why did he ever operate on my foot in the first place if he didn’t have the necessary skills or expertise? Making matters worse, during my last post surgery visit with them, Dr. Peterson and Dr. Witte both failed to recognize a dangerous infection that had developed in my foot. Thankfully I sought a second opinion the very next day. That doctor noticed something was wrong, and I ended up having to see a plastic surgeon before I could undergo a second surgery (with another practice of course!). My advice is to stay far, far away from this place unless you want to be a doctor’s test case for a new procedure!

We have found the care above reproach. It is a well run office. It can get busy, but many medical offices are. The knee surgery performed by Dr. Hampton has been completely successful.

I usually don’t write reviews, however I feel that people that are trying to book an appointment with Dr. Mark Peterson should know this: DO NOT waste your time. I went there for knee pain that I have had for months now. I waited to be called back, when I did they took a few x-​Rays of my knee and that was it. Dr. Peterson came in the room for literally 2 – 3 min and said «oh your knee is fine, I recommend you do some physical therapy and come back and see me.» Are you serious??! That’s it? He did not help me at all. Then 4 – 6 weeks later I receive a bill with a NO SHOW/​LATE CANCELLATION FEE for 50 $. I called and the billing dept. said I made an appointment and didn’t show. First off, I didn’t make an appointment to see him again (why would I after the first time) nor did I receive a «courtesy» call the day before stating I even had an appointment, as she said. My point is, spend your money on a Doctor that really cares and isn’t just interested in getting people in and out to make him money!

Holy crap, this is the longest I have ever waited to see a doctor. My first time I waited 35 minutes for an 8:15 AM appointment. Second time I waited 45 minutes for a 2:00 appointment! The exit staff girl clearly hates her job or she was having a contest to see how few words she could say to a patient while checking them out.
I did call Danielle to follow up with my complaint. She was very nive and was open to feedback. She agreed the wait time was excessive and that she would talk to the staff.

All the doctors at this practice are incredible. I have had two surgeries on the same leg by different doctors and both did a fantastic job. The doctors actually take the time to answer every question you have and they really make you feel like it is a team effort to reach full recovery.
