I’ve lived in a single room apartment here for a little over three years. I’m not sure what’s up with the other reviews – I’m really happy with my apartment, the management, and especially the rent. My rent is far lower than anything else in the area that isn’t subsidized (although I will also say that my rent is lower than other peoples, I don’t know why, but I’ve compared to my neighbors and seen a few hundred dollar difference in the same building).
I’ve had to call maintenance a few times, mostly for the old garbage disposal. They were prompt and everything went fine.
I live on the ground floor and personally have not had an issue with any insects or mice. Maybe I lucked out. I’m also super clean.
I did have a problem with one crazy neighbor. I talked to management about her several times and they evicted her. It took them over six months to go through the process with the courts but they did it. Now I’m lucky and everyone in my building is really quiet.

Updating my review after a year…
I live here with my family for about 3 years now, and we really like it.
The neighborhood is great, and the community really supports each other.
We had several cases where we disagreed with the management, and at the beginning it seemed that there is no one to talk to, but that has changed, and I really feel that there is a partner here, whom we can talk and share our concerns, knowing that they’ll listen.
The place has a great pool and sport center (which is part of the rent), and we feel safe living here.
Highly recommended!
