Robinson’s installed a new HVAC unit a tour home in 2004. It is still running strong in 2015. They also installed 2 new lines of ducts at the time. Since then they installed another duct and vent. The work they did meshed with the structure of our 90 year home nicely. The one negative is that they told me I did not need service on our forced air system. That was incorrect. The system did need to coolant checked each year and the outlet for condensation flushed. We went with Croppe Metcalfe for service.

Installation process was wonderful. Immediately put the $ 7000 on my credit card in 2013. It’s now 2014 and we still have not gotten our Pepco rebate after at least 10 calls to Marie in the office. Either she tells me she’ll return my calls, ignores my calls or tells me she’ll send me a check at the end of month because she doesn’t want an «angry customer». How does she know I’m angry when she refuses to talk to me? Either she needs more office help, customer service training or both. This company could be really great if they got the customer service department together. I just don’t think it’s right that they got their $ immediately and almost 2 years later we are still waiting for our rebate. Apparently she didn’t process it correctly and that’s why we never received it. She promised me she would send me a check anyway. Still waiting! Do Not Use This Company!!!

Update… We received a nice note from Robinson Air Conditioning and Heating Company(Marie Stair) explaining the rebate problems and a check in the amount of the rebate from Robinson’s. They came through and stood behind their company and promise. Happy in Germantown.
