You won’t be pressured here, but when you have a question or want help, it will be there (a prior reviewer’s bad impression notwithstanding). And these folks REALLY know their shoes; they’re serious athletes, not just sales clerks. I bought my first pair there 4 years ago when I returned to running, and have returned regularly when I want to check out new ones. It makes a huge difference to have the right shoe.

Customer service is close to non-​existent at this store. I’ve been in several times and not had any one come and ask if they could help — despite the fact that I would be staring at the (rather small) shoe selection and that the store wasn’t busy.
