Physicians Associates

My family comes to see Dr. Lee for our general health for over 4 years now. He’s very thorough. I love how everything can be done right in the office, such as blood works. I had my physicals done for dental hygiene school, and they made sure all the results came back before my deadline. Dr. Lee recommended me to see a dermatologist for my ear, so I went ahead and made an appointment with Dr. curtain, who is also one of the doctors here. I saw him for the first time today, I loved him, he is down to earth, has a sense of humor with a lovely personality as well, and very informative and knowledgeable. He only comes Tuesdays and Thursdays so you may not be able to get an appointment with him right away. I also love how they call in your prescription so it’s ready to be picked up when you arrive at your pharmacy. I rate the doctors here 5 stars, unfortunately, it’s another story for the front desk staffs.

I wish I could give zero star instead of one. Unfortunately I had the most unpleasant customer service experience ever with the Billing Department. They were extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I called them to get an explanation of the charges that I have been invoiced for, and instead of getting the proper explanation I got yield at and told that will not get any detail and have to pay the full amount. I called my insurance and had them to investigate.
Guess what! There was an error and the invoice was incorrect.

If I could rate only the doctors, I’d give it a 5-​stars! I can recommend Dr. Susan Jaffe and Saba Medhane. They instantly made me feel comfortable as I searched for medical care after moving cross country. They are kind and professional, and I went to this office for several years.
Really unfortunately, their front office staff gets a zero. Look, if you have no medical concerns at all, then you might be able to swing it as just a mild irritation. BUT, if you need literally anything in a timely manner (prescriptions, dosage adjustments, medical advice, results, etc), you MUST be comfortable with receiving it only after weeks of telephone tag. Those receptionists will do a shoddy job of passing along your request, and they always act so pissed off to be receiving calls in the first place.
My advice: go elsewhere if you have any medical concerns that require close attention.

My family has been seeing Dr. Lee at Physician’s Associate for over 4 years. Every visit of ours are pleasant, Dr. Lee is a very knowledgeable and a friendly doctor with a sense of humor and he notices things other doctors wouldn’t notice right away. He is very thorough at each visits and listens to your concerns and has solutions for everything. My family will continue to come to Physicians Associate because of Dr. Lee. :)

The two doctors I’ve seen here were super nice, knowledgeable, older gentlemen. I recently had to switch to a new primary care doc bc my previous primary care doc stopped taking my insurance. I couldn’t be happier with this new office. In my two visits here, I’ve already spent more time talking to the doctor more than I did in 6 years at my previous dr. So far so good!
